This product is a game-changer, but it’s a bit pricey.

I have been using the Original formulation of Chamois Butt'r for many years and I am very, very satisfied with the product. I have recently started to use less of the product in each application than I had traditionally used and the product is still working very well.My only issue with the product is the packaging. I have always purchased the 32 oz size as I can get this size for the equivalent price of 3 of the 8 oz size (approximately a 25% discount). Originally the 32 oz size came with a pump. As others have noted, the pump had issues. My problem was that with approximately 25% of the product remaining, the pump would stop functioning and the only way to access the remaining product was to cut the packaging open and use it like a jar/tub.The current 32 oz tube suffers the same problem for me. With about 20% of the product left in the tube, it became impossible to get the product out by squeezing the tube and I was forced to cut the tube open to get at the remaining product. Upon doing this, I also found that a significant amount of product had stuck to the inside walls of the tube.In my opinion, the best solution would be a 32 oz size that shipped in a jar or tub.

As described. Will purchase the bottle version again…we’ve never had luck with pump dispensers.

I have been using this cream for 10 years. The trick to priming the pump is to repeatedly squeeze the bottom of the bottle while pumping. This pushes cream into the pump tube. When the bottle is close to empty the pump won’t work. I remove the pump and cut off the top of the bottle and scrape the remaining cream into another container using a small spatula.

The product arrived in the squeeze dispenser. It was advertised as a pump, which I previously had. I like the simplicity of the pump, so will transfer the Butt’r to that for use. The product is Great.

This dispenser--a cylindrical tube that sits on its lid--is the answer to the nugatory pump version of this product. After reading, and then writing my own, reviews that identify the Chamois Butt'r pump as useless after 3/4th of the product has been used, the manufacturer developed this version...which is outstanding. The large opening (1/2 inch) in the cap is perfect for dispensing the desired amount of product until it the container is empty.Chamois Butt'r, thank you for listening to your end-users!

This is the third time ordering. This is a really great product. I do a lot of indoor bicycle training these days making an anti-chafe cream an essential part of my routine. Without it I get sidelined by, well, you know...unpleasantness.The only thing missing this time around was the keychain light, maybe Diogenes borrowed it?
