This had the right product number, but doesn't fit. Comparing to my old one (on right in picture), can see it is just a little bit off, but enough to matter. Unfortunately I'm just outside the return window. Busy moms don't always have time to try things right away Amazon. Should have the ability to return defective products past 30 days.

My 9-year-old paper cutter calls for a 8813RB cartridge. This 8913RB is actually the same cartridge. Believe me, this style of cutter is much easier to use than t he old fashioned guillotine-style paper cutters.

This Swingline SmartCut EasyBlade Plus Trimmer Replacement Cartridge works very good. The blade cuts paper sheets perfectly clean without leaving lint.

I always get nervous about buying replacement blades that they won't fit properly, however these blades fit and work perfectly in my swingline paper cutter. The blades also fit in the "extra" blade compartment on the paper cutter.
