Note:
1. Designed for children aged 6+.
2. Use this inflatable pool on level ground to avoid pool collapse and water overflow.
3. Do not use the inflatable pool on a soft or uneven surface like on the beach.
4. Ensure sure there are no sharp objects under the pool before use.
5. Fill the pool to 80% capacity (as marked on the pool).
6. Replace the water in the pool regularly to prevent water-related illness.
7. Do not add any hydrogen corrosive cleaner or undiluted chemicals into the pool.
8. If any cleanser or chlorine tablets are used, please make sure there is no residue in the pool before use.
9. Inspect the pool thoroughly before covering.
10. Water filter pump and air pump are not included.

I received my pool and opened the shipping box, I found the inside box in pristine condition (no damage, no tears). When I opened the inside box, I found the plastic bag containing the pool cover was ripped and dirty, like it was dragged on the ground. I then started unfolding the pool but immediately stopped because I observed it was dirty and appeared to have some black mold in the crevices. This appeared to be used. I returned it immediately and was very disappointed as I spent the day preparing the area where I was planning to set up the pool.

I honestly don't even know what to say anymore. Either there is no quality control or the bottom line just matters more.I really wanted to love this pool. My wife and I only needed it to last 5 or 6 weeks. But we didn't even get to take it out of the packaging. It was boxed well. It came boxed inside another box that was in another box. All of which would have been outstanding, had it not been a pool that was so obviously returned. A returned pool usually means 1 of a cpl things. Either there is a tiny leak and won't hold air or a bigger leak and won't hold water. Whatever the case, we paid for a new pool, we should get a new pool. It will be going back again.

I've had this style of pool years ago when I lived in another state. Having had this form factor before I chose it again since I still had most of the accessories (cover, Chlorine float). Back in 2017 for about $50-60 these even came with a cheap powered filter. Now at twice the price you don't even get that.Having had this design before I knew that you need a fairly level setup or this would eventually roll over itself and spill. I made sure I had a level surface but it didn't matter. Unfortunately this pool leaked from the first fill.Lots of effort and no pool soaking to show for it. Avoid and stick with a brand name.UPDATE 9/17/22-The company reached out to me and made it right. Great customer service. I can't give this 5 stars because I didn't get a working products like I should and had to deal with the inconvenience and thinking I was stuck with an expensive loss. However, the excellent customer service to put me back where I was had I never ordered this, gets the rest of the stars back.

My kids love to swim and we do enjoy playing with them. So we decided to get this Evajoy above ground and portable swimming pool. The 10FTX30 in size was just perfect for our backyard. It is portable and easy to set up with an air pump which is not included. I wish I knew about it. The pool comes with a water inlet and outlet which made it easy to change the water. The color looks great. It is also made with durable material. Last but not least, the price is fairly cheap

This pool is much bigger than i thought. It is definitely worth the price. A great addition for kids to beat the 90 + degree summer heat. Just a few notes for this product.1. You should ensure it is placed on level ground.2. Buy a strong pump. It’s worth the investment and the kids will be happy for the entire summer. Without the pump your pool will get yucky after about a week. This is my second one and plan to take better care so it’ll be reusable for next Year.overall I’m happy with this product. Will provide more feedback after several uses.

Awesome pool for small family! My 4 year old loves this thing! This pool is the perfect size for her to play in comfortably. My husband and I have both gotten in with her and still had plenty of room. I purchased a filter pump separately to keep the water clean, along with a chlorine dispenser. I sat the pool out in the sun a few hours before I set it up. The sun loosened up the vinyl and made it really easy to move and smooth out. The ring took about a minute to inflate with an electric pump. Very easy to set up!We have had it a little over a week and no issues with leaks on the bottom/sides or tears to the top ring. I haven't used the cover yet but it looks and feels durable.
