I see the potential, but does not squeeze the tablet enough. Falls out. Perhaps there are thicker tablets this will work better with, but should be universal, wry small design change would make it fit all tablets. Disappointed and dissatisfied.

I almost didn’t buy this nifty money-saving tool due to the negative reviews… which is why I am posting this. First, I have not been paid for my review. Product did what I had hoped for, removed small black spots, algae of some kind, from the bottom of my pool. Easy to use and most of all it WORKED! I couldn’t be happier! Even tho I have only used once, I thoroughly cleaned and dried the tool, and I am storing it indoors so the hardware doesn’t rust (like all the complaints in the negative reviews). Even if it eventually rusts, the hardware would be easy and inexpensive to replace. Tool was much more sturdier than I expected!

This tool allows you to put a chlorine tablet in the holder and attach it to a pole to scrub stains from the plastered portion of the pool. Highly recommend.

Does not hold the puck well. With pressure when scrubbing it falls out. Even when the butterfly nut provided is tightened with a wrench.

IT CAME VERY LATE & I’m very disappointed that I haven’t heard from you regarding my return THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR WHICH IS NIT ACCEPTABLE. IF YOU’RE IN THE POOL BUSINESS YOU SHOULD KNOW BLACK ALGIE IS SOMETHING YOU DEAL WITH ASAP. Since you demand your customers to pay the heck with your company. I’ll NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN

We have several areas of concern on our plaster pool. Some black spots started to show up. I tried previously to brush them off with a nylon brush. This was very unsuccessful.I purchased this product, placed a 3" chlorine tab in the holder, tightened it (but not too tight), and rubbed spots on the bottom of the pool. This is done about 60 minutes before the pool turns on for the day. I looked just before the pool pump started, and the spots were all gone (see before and after photos). I rinsed this holder off and dried the bolt and wing nut to prevent rusting (I read another review about bolts and wing nuts rusting). So far no rust, and this really works!

Easy to attach to pole. Attaches just like your pool brush.I have had issues with my tablet staying in it. The screw in the end sticks out some and I am having to watch ti be sure screw end doesn't scratch pool. Once you break down the tablet so far it will not stay in the holderThe metal part does rust easily.I would not recommend. I mean it's alright and not bad. Just not for me..I just use those kitchen rubber gloves. Grab a tablet, get in pool and rub it over spots as needed.

Purchased this product after reading many reviews but quickly regretted it. Chlorine tablet does not stay in holder regardless of how many times I adjust or tighten it. Minimal pressure to tablet dislodges it from holder. Screws used on device also rust as previous reviewers claimed. Though the idea behind product was a good idea- the construction needs work and has flaws. Super disappointment and a waste of money.

The product works, and I would give it 4 stars. There are a couple of design tweaks that would improve the product. The rotating head is quite useful, but over time, the head tends to rotate more easily. Adding some sort of texture to the pieces that rotate would provide the ability to rotate the angle as desired and secure the head in that position. I added a stainless lock washer, which seems to help a bit. Also, being plastic, the tool tends to not grip the tablets as well over time. The plastic seems to become a bit more flexible so the surface area in contact with the tablet decreases. The last three or four tablets I have used have would up falling out pretty quickly.
