Product Description
The Swift SW350B-EC5R-5PBC has been updated to include a new Swift 5.0 Megapixel Camera and 5 PCS Prepared Slides and 5 PCS Blank Slides for easy use.
Features a Siedentopf binocular head that rotates 360 degrees for easy shared use and allows for quick adjustments to the eyepieces for different interpupillary distances without losing focus. The swiveling head can also lock in any position for additional stability. Ocular tubes are tilted at an ergonomic 30 degrees to reduce neck and eye strain. The microscope comes with two interchangeable widefield 10X and 25X glass ocular eyepieces, which pair with the four achromatic DIN objectives -- 4X, 10X, 40X(Spring), and 100X(Spring, Oil) -- in the rotating nosepiece to provide 6 magnification levels between 40X and 2500X. Coarse and fine focusing dials on both sides of the metal arm make fluid and exact precision adjustments.
For specimen viewing, an LED bulb beneath the stage transmits light up through an industry-standard Abbe condenser with 1.25 aperture and an iris diaphragm. Manually move the condenser closer to or farther from the stage to adjust brightness and evenness of light as well as image contrast. A metal slide holder locks specimens into place for viewing on the sizeable double-layered mechanical stage. An x-y translational control knob moves the stage and the slide holder left-to-right and front-to-back, eliminating the need to re-clip slides in order to view the entire specimen.
The SW350B has a compact but solid body that is nonetheless easily portable with the built-in arm handle.
What can you see with it? Compound microscopes offer detailed, cellular-level views of transparent or dyed specimens prepared and mounted on a slide. (For magnifying solid objects, use a stereo microscope.)

This microscope is awesome! My son was so excited to get it for his birthday and hasn't put it down since. The image quality is surprisingly good for the price, and it's really easy to use. We've already looked at everything from onion skin to bugs from the backyard. Highly recommend this for any budding young scientist!

Do' 5 stelle perchè non è possibile darne di più. Il microscopio è robusto e allo stesso tempo maneggevole, molto pratica la maniglia per il trasporto. L'utilizzo è molto semplice. Ottima la risoluzione, anche con l'ingrandimento minimo si apre un micromondo. Comprato per mio figlio di tredici anni che è rimasto incantato. Molto soddisfatta dell'acquisto.Consegna rapida nei tempi previsti.

dies ist unser erstes Mikroskop. wir dachte man kann einfach mal drauf los schauen und nach vielen fehlversuchen haben wir die Anleitung studiert und dann ging auch alles richtig. welche Linsen sollen verwendet werden, wann kommt das Öl wirklich zum einsatz.Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Produkt bisher.

The title is all my son wants me to say for the review. And he says that the microscope’s quality is high, just not very high comparing to those he uses in the high school. It was a good birthday gift for him, and he’s happy with it.Don’t buy those kids ones that are usually under $50 or under $100, those are basically junks.. trust me, we’ve used two of them. They come with many tools, slides, etc. But the microscope itself sucks, we could barely see anything well.

I’ve gone on 6 hour round trips to the ocean and everywhere in between to see all sorts of organisms, great for modifications and improvements. Solid interior prevents damage to the lighting components, the adjustment knobs are smooth and operate well, as well as the mechanical stage, comes with a bag and oil, overall great microscope with a relatively affordable price, fluorescent objectives cost more than the microscope lol

This microscope is good for the price; well made but requires to tie some screws so the pieces are not loose and stay stable. Amplification is good and clean; the camera is 1.3 that gives a nice image but I think I am going to get me a 5MP better. Only con: the micrometer (fine tune) is not that precise and jump passing the fine focus point; so, you have to deal with slowing giving small touches until you get the best picture. Still a good product for the price (unless you want to pay 3000 dollars)

Great micrscope u can really see the quality that u paid for when u first open it and there customer service is great when I first received my microscope the camera attachment was missing a couple business days later and a few emails I had a even better camera than i supposed to received and it looks great cant want to play with it after work thank you swift company your awesome !!

This compound microscope offers everything amateur and advanced biologists alike needs to examine specimens. With various combinations of ocular lenses to choose from and thorough control of the examination conditions, PLUS the ability to view digitally in real-time, this is a 5 out of 5 - hands down! Strongly recommend for those interested in the microscopic world! The detailed characteristics of that world come through very well with this Swift binocular compound microscope.

I was excited when this microscope arrived. But unfortunately when I opened it and plug it in the light never turn on. So disappointed.Update : The company contacted me and kindly sent me a new one, the light works fine, yay! Now that I tried it I could say that this is a good quality microscope , easy to use , with clear and wide lens that are easy to focus. I really like it and can’t wait to look at more things and explore. I attached some photos I took using the microscope.
