Exactly what I would expect for the price. I'm only a novice astronomer so I can't give a professional opinion. I can say that it does improve my view when star gazing and looking for Galaxies or Nebulas. Well worth the money spent

Some folks shy away from 1.25 oiii's but the key is exit pupil...on a lower power eyepiece this one is surprisingly good.

A well made filter that that really tones the light down in the light polluted skies. Excellent value.

I purchased both 1.25 and 2" filters for use on a 10" Meade. Both size filters make the image barely there as it darkens more than filters. The 2" at least is a little usable as it allows more light. I even used it to view the bright Jupiter and all it did was turn Jupiter a very dark blue.I do not recommend.

I went from wondering if there was really an owl nebula there to being able to clearly define the nebula straight on in sub par skies. When using averted vision, I could occasionally make out the "eyes" in my 10" dob. Filter offers substantial improvement for cost.

The 2 inch Svbony UHC and OIII filters would tighten in the Orion Q70 eyepieces. I would guess the thread tolerances for both manufactures are at their limits in opposite directions. I did notice the threads on the Svbony 2" filters are shorter than the threads on Orion 2" filters I'll be returning the OIII filter, UHC is past the return date. The 1.25 Svbony filters work fine with the 1.25 Orion and ES eyepieces that is have.
