Je l'utilise depuis 1 mois bientôt. Rien à redire, les promesses sont tenues! Batteries, eco-système tout y est! surtout pour le prix comparé aux Garmin..

I've owned this watch for more than 6 months and I really like the quality, the functions, the tracking it offers. When it comes to sports the GPS is amazing, I used it for bicycle rides. Pairs well with strava or any sports app.

This is my third Suunto. While there are competitors with some great options, I've always loved the style and build quality of the Suunto brand.Battery life is truly insane. I've had the watch for over six weeks training with GPS and heartrate a minimum of 4 times a week and I've only had to change it twice so far.GPS is spot on accurate, and always has been. The over the air updates are a nice edition, and the new OLED screen is bright and beautiful. There are more options than most casual to very serious athletes will ever need to train or compete with.Minor gripes are easy to live with - the training terminology used on the app is hard to follow if you're not used to the Training Peaks app but Suunto seems to be adding new documentation on their YouTube channel to help learn how to use those parts of the watch to train and compete at the top level. Also, I've read that the heartrate monitor isn't great. It's much better and more consistent than the Suunto 9 I upgraded from, and if I was really concerned with the 2 or 3 % difference I've seen complained about, a Bluetooth chest monitor is a very accurate and reasonably priced add-on.This is easily the best Suunto I've ever had.Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone not already in love with another brand of sports watch or that wants a rugged watch with a ton of sports options and killer battery life.

I was very hesitant to buy a Suunto due to the number of stars but then I actually read the reviews and most of the negative ones are from people who aren't in the demographic Suunto markets to. The stupidest complaint was that the watch doesn't tell them the weather (outside temperature). That's not what this watch is for!My previous watch was a Coros Apex 2, before that, the Coros Apex and before that I had a Garmin Fenix 5. The Coros Apex 2 would die way quicker than it's previous version, where I ran for over 24 hours and still had 60 percent battery life left. I dont think it would last me a full race. The Garmin Fenix died after 15 hours. I run distances up to 100 miles and I wanted something that would be able to hold battery life for a good number of hours. After using the Suunto Race S, I think with the right settings, I should be able to get through a long race just fine. Then there's the Suunto app. I have an Android and am loving the features. You can create workouts on the app and sync them with the watch. The GPS and HR connect quick. It drove me crazy with my old watches when I would have to stand around for 5 min waiting for the GPS to be ready. Also I found the heart rate and mileage tracking to be accurate. I don't notice any deviations when comparing mileage with my previous runs recorded with the Coros.Another thing that delivered was aesthetics. This is a beautiful watch. I wanted something neutral, but not black. My Coros Apex 2 was a coral color and just seemed clunky. It had to go. I am loving this light grey color, which is pretty much a grayish white. It's gorgeous and classy. If you want something that acts like a phone, go get yourself an Apple Watch! Stop writing bad reviews for outdoor adventure watches just because you didn't bother to educate yourself.

It was time for an upgrade to my Baro 9 that was 7 years old. What an amazing watch. A must!

There are so many in-depth reviews of this watch, buyers know what they are getting. I will only add a few observations since upgrading from the Ambit 3 Peak that I used for 6 years. The screen is excellent: easy to read, crisp, best of the best.Battery life is best in class, nothing better. The GPS accuracy is excellent.Maps & routing work great.Underwater depth gauge is unique and cool. The heart rate accuracy is mediocre. It's not terrible, but it is not as good as competitors. It sometimes gives very incorrect readings for several minutes at a time. Like climbing up a steep hill with your heart rate in the 160-180 range yet it reads 85 which is about half the true heart rate.Buyers should know that Suunto just released a new version of this watch called the "Race S" that does everything the "Race" does, but is smaller, cheaper, with an improved heart rate sensor. Even so, I'm keeping my Race.

I’ve owned this watch for 11 months and have ran over 500 miles wearing this watch. I’ve owned 5 digital Suunto watches since 2006. The watch works great tracking my runs without my phone. The battery last prolly a good two weeks and only gets down to about 30% and that’s a daily use with prolly 5-8 runs.I have set to find someone else with this watch but I can’t complain. It’s a great watch and best part it kit what everyone else has but does the same if not more than your typical smart watch.Messages portion is very basic. They are all (text, email, door bell alerts) on the same icon. I don’t get the alerts in my watch but that a personal choice.Great watch. I would buy again.
