My Fenix 6X Pro is 4 years old now and I don't see a compelling reason to upgrade right now. It is mainly used for exercise tracking (running/walking) and serves me well as a casual beater. The battery still shows 22 days on a full charge, and it seems like it does last.The original strap was accidentally damaged while working outside but it held up well while it lasted. No worries, replacement straps were easy to find.

Fenix 6x Pro, great watch especially if your already using a Garmin. Format is the same as my Garmin Instinct Solar, but with a ton of more features is added. It wears the same as the Instinct, you hardly notice the weight difference. I have worn it daily, takes a lot to even scratch it( no scratches at all so far) works well for all your workout’s, tracks your sleep patterns into detail, and has all your widgets and more than you can think of. You can customize all the widgets as well. And my main use is Military and I’m putting away my Foretrex 601 and Instinct Solar. The Fenix 6x Pro is levels above those, and I would recommend getting this watch. 10/10.

I have been using Garmin watches for many years. I am a age group competitor and the functions have assisted me in lowering my times while tracking many metrices. I purchased this watch about a year ago and have had no issues so far. I love the many different statistics it provides when doing activities (of which there are many preprogrammed into it). The wrist based heart rate monitor eliminates the need to wear a chest strap. Inwill certainly keep with the Garmin brand when it es tie to upgrade again.

Great watch for sports or athletic minded people. Only 2 things I'm not overly impressed with: The "style" or looks of the watch, and the plastic bezel. I came over to Garmin after years of using Suunto. Suunto watches for the most part look nicer to me. Secondly, my Suunto's have always been rock solid. I wore my Traverse Alpha as a technician, repairing machinery for years and years. I wanted to upgrade to a newer watch, but didn't want to spend the money when my Traverse was in fine shape (I guess really I felt if I scratched it all up then I wouldn't feel so bad about spending the money). But, After years of wearing it to work, it took a beating but you would never know. Not a single scratch on the bezel or the glass. I did eventually upgrade due to the newer data available on the newer watches. The map is nice, but at my ripe age the map is not easy to see as it is a little small. I do love this F6X pro, dont get me wrong, I just hope the bezel doesnt scratch up too fast. I can deal with the looks, as Im now retired.

This watch is perfect for those that are interested in a watch that works well, but maybe doesn't deliver the gimmicks that the other major players may include.Benefits: - GPS is spot on. I did a 24mile rim2rim grand canyon hike. My watch read 23.9 miles at the end. Make sure to verify "GPS+GLONASS" setting is selected. - Battery life is without compare. I charge about once a week (takes about an hour). This means you can sleep with the watch on every night. - Displays during activities are highly configurable and work great. - Ability to auto-lap at the 1-mile mark for activities - Intelligent training advice and tracking based on v02 and aerobic/anaerobic activities - Daily summary and info via the Connect app is intuitive and informative without panderingBe aware: - Can be time consuming to configure everything the way you want - Default watch faces are basic. Downloadable ones are amazing (I'm currently using the 'crystal' face) - No touch screen. I feel this is a positive. I don't want a tiny touch screen getting accidentally hit more than actually used.Draw backs: - Screen is not super bright when compared to other watches.... as a result, the battery lasts forever. I have never had an issue seeing the watch in the sun. - Reading text messages and phone 'stuff' isn't great. however, this is why I have a phone... - Map stuff is kind of worthless... I use my phone if I need to look at a map.I suggest this watch for individuals that are serious about recording activity. If you're looking for a decorative status symbol, maybe consider the alternative... for me, I have since purchased Fenix watches for the rest of my family.

Tenia años siendo usuario de apple watch hasta el serie 5, si bien es un buen dispositivo ya comparado con Garmin se queda corto. La serie Fenix lleva años consolidandose como uno de los favoritos y ahora entiendo por que.A destacar esta el detalle y calidad de los acabados, ademas de verse bien se siente solido y duradero, nada fragil.La bateria y segun los modos que utilices es incomparable.El grado de configuracion y personalizacion es muy alto y acorde a cada quien, y es 100% compatible con usuarios iphone en todo sentido.Muy recomendable en todo sentido.

I started with a Fitbit Charge 4 that I used for a while and then moved to an Amazfit T-Rex Pro. The Amazfit was really nice, but it would not control music and a workout at the same time. It was a decent watch, but I needed a more serious smart watch and I am not a fan of the Apple Watch. I settled on the Garmin Fenix 6X Pro for the size, battery life and ability to load Spotify playlists directly on the watch. I have to say that after only a few days, I am blown away. This watch does everything I need and does it well. The GPS locks the fastest of any watch that I have had and I have had a lot of running specific GPS watches. The music (Spotify) from the watch is great and pairs easily with my bluetooth earbuds.The thing that blows me away is the amount of data that it collects and how the app itself is put together. It is very customizable and is excellent for running, hiking, workouts, etc. The watch actually motivates me to work out more and improve my health. Es un excelente reloj, los acabados son de primera, dignos de un reloj de ese precio, lleno de funciones para llevar el control a detalle de tus activiades deportivas. Algunos dicen que es un reloj muy grande pero la verdad es que el tamaño y el peso es muy comodo, nada molesto y además luce muy bien.La batería incluso con el pulsioximetro activado y usando el gps en salidas a montaña en fin de semana, me dura la semana completa (7 u 8 días). Seguramente en uso normal, duraría el doble.Aunque la publicación dice que es color Gris Slate, es mas bien como negro, así como se ve en la imagen.Me tardó una semana en llegar desde Amazon México.
