This kit is excellent and well made. One tip if using the banzooka ( which works very well) still roll after expressing from the tube using the sushi mat so the roll will be firmer. You don’t have to use the mat and can just attached the nori using your fingers but using the mat makes a firmer roll. Very happy with purchase.

The reason we chose this particular set was it had the ceramic bowls/chopstick holders AND the triangle sushi maker. Unfortunately our box had tears and was missing a he triangle sushi maker (our son really wanted this).

Absolutely loved this kit! I just started learning how to make my own sushi tonight with this kit and it is very user friendly. I learned a lot for next time. Everything in the kit was so cool. My favorite part was the avocado slicer. The only feedback is the knife wasn’t sharp enough so we used our own. Solid kit overall though!

The kit works great the roll mats and bazooka are good quality the chopsticks are decent the knife is sharp not the best quality but for the price it’s worth the money.

I love the sushi maker. Easy to use and made great rolls! got this sushi maker on a same day delivery and used it the same day! Great sushi making kit for the beginner. Package contained everything one would need to make sushi. Has the bamboo roll to assist with rolling sushi along with a knife to assist with cutting roll into individual pieces.
