- Bamboo tools should be thoroughly dried before storage.
- Store bamboo tools in a place away from high temperatures and direct sunlight to protect them from cracking.
- To facilitate cleaning, we recommend covering the rolling mat with plastic wrap before laying down rice.

I gave the Sushi Making Kit, 22-in-1 to my grown-up sons for Christmas this year, and it was a huge hit! They love sushi, so this kit was the perfect gift. It includes everything they needed to get started: bamboo rolling mats, a bazooka, a chef’s knife, chopsticks, sauce dishes, a rice spreader, and even an avocado slicer. The quality of the items is great, and it made the process of making sushi fun and easy, even for beginners. They had a blast creating their own rolls, and it turned into a fun family activity. Highly recommend this kit for sushi lovers—it’s practical, well-made, easy to clean, and a lot of fun!

The sushi in the back was made with the sushi bazooka! The one in the front was made with sushi quick It was so amazing.Sushi bazooka all pros super easy to use! Family stood by an watched and all loved it how simple it was to use kids even tried it! Now they all wanna buy one.an I wanna buy extras for the kids to make their own instead of waiting. Only downside can’t make the sushi rice on the outside. And wish it would come with a sushi cutter that makes exact same cuts (which I used that from my kit I got some sushiquik.) other then that this is definitely my all time favorite.If I wanted to make California rolls/ dragon rolls I’ll stick with my sushiquik.
