Great item but keep in mind if you are making more than 16 oz of soap base at a time be careful not to overheat while melting.. temperature is somewhat accurate otherwise… update less two months later: non stick is starting to come off and I only use sponge or silicone when using so will try and reach out to seller regarding this issue otherwise still using it non stop for my purposes.. will update my review soon

Impossible to use. It burns the soap on the lowest setting. I expected the lowest heat level to melting my soap evenly.
