I ordered 7. 3 of which were getting stuck in closed position, one was getting stuck in open position. I had to use a rotary instrument to remove some of the locking mechanism tooth-metal to get it to close properly. Still locks sometime. I am going to be returning some of them.

I ordered the mathieu pliers to have on hand if I lose a ligature tie. I am in dental but in a general office, so I just needed something to have on hand, if needed. These work great, I feel like they are just as nice as the dental office ones. I would highly recommend these pliers to anyone that needs to have a pair on hand!

Bought this because I had to put my rubber bands on for braces and it was really hard to do with the plastic hook my ortho gave me. These make it so much easier!
