Pro-Lite Knit Surfboard Socks

The Pro-Lite Boardsock Series are high quality knit surfboard sock's designed to keep the grime off your board and the wax off your seat. While offering no foam protection like our Resession and Session day bags, it is a good option to keep the sun off your board while at the beach or dust off the wax in storage. Offered in three different styles; shortboard, longboard and fish/hybrid, our surfboard sock's are a great option for a day trip down the road or as an added layer between boards in a travel bag.
Draw String Closure
All our knit surfboard socks feature a drawstring closure system in the tail to help keep the sock nice and snug around the fins.
Reinforced Material Around Nose & Tail
A reinforced nylon fin guard inside the tail as well as around the nose of the boardsock prevents fin cuts as well as holes from your board in the nose.
Keep Wax Off Other Bags & Boards
The thin/light weight design of the surfboard socks allows them to be easily used inside of other bags for travel. This not only gives a small added layer of protection, but helps keep wax from melting to the inside of your travel bag as well as car.
High Quality Knit Material
All styles of socks feature a durable and stretchy material designed to fit a wide variety of surfboard shapes.

…What a Long, Strange Trip it's Been
Pro-Lite was conceived in the minds of two traveling surfers, Bill Hapgood and Dave Neilson. At the time the pair was working for a major airline and traveling the world. Soon into their travels they realized one key missing ingredient necessary to continue their journey, the need to protect their surfboards.
In 1982 Pro-Lite was born. Bill and Dave searched out industrial sewers in Costa Mesa, CA and began making a limited line of surf travel bags. This put Pro-Lite on the map as the first bag manufacturer to make travel grade surfboard bags in the United States.
As the brands reputation as a quality travel bag manufacturer grew surfers from the United States and around the world looked to Pro-Lite to provide them with the gear to get their surfboards to their destination safely. Professional surfers from around the world used Pro-Lite travel bags as they bounced around the world on tour.
Throughout the 90's Pro-Lite expanded its product offering outside of travel to include a full line of bags for day use as well as leashes, traction pads and car racks. This put Pro-Lite in a position to be the go to brand for any products used to enhance your surfing experience.
The evolution of Pro-Lite continues today with new owners in place since 2005 and a renewed energy and vision to design and manufacture functional and durable surfing accessories. Our key focus is quality and innovation. Pro-Lite is first and foremost a travel company and will continue to make products that are designed for surf and travel.

It arrived as expected and in good condition. It's stretched nicely for a 24 inch wide board. I can't comment on quality yet because it's relatively new. All in all I'm relatively pleased
