Absolutely gorgeous pasta roller, the color is spot on and gives a vintage feel, I’m in love. The clamp is sturdy metal as well as the body of the machine, the rollers cut excellent, and it’s so easy to use. I use an unused paint brush when cleaning the cutters from the flour, and works like a charm. I’m going to get much use out of this roller.

Good product, I could be over looking where the clamp goes, but I can’t figure out how to attach the counter clamp to the machine while I’m trying to roll the dough through so the machine is constantly moving around. If I can figure it out, it’d probably be better

Love this little machine. It has everything I need. Sure beats hand rolling and knife slicing pasta. This was a game changer for my pasta making. Its well made, and easy to care for.

I was looking forward to this. No instructions included. I'm not sure in any way what to do. Not sure how it even goes together. I know I am ignorant, but I was hoping for instructions on how to use this. Seems bizarre that it has no instruction.In general I love sur la table products. This one is just sitting in the box being useless. Very sad.
