Its ok. It works but this one is more complicated to use than many others. I would spend a few more dollars and get a better one if I was you.

I had to adjust it a little to find just the right spot but it’s easy to adjust even while running and I no longer have outer knee pain.

IT DOES NOT STICK AT ALL, NOT ABLE TO USE AT ALL.I was traveling so I opened the product after almost a month if purchasing it, so I couldn’t process the return. It was a waste of my money.

After having complete knee replacement I was still having a lot of pain over six months after the knee replacement only to find out it was my IT Band that was causing my pain. I ordered the Supregear IT BandStrap. When it came I immediately put it on and it immediately stopped my pain in that area. At last, relief so I could finally get some sleep. I recommend this product HIGHLY.

Surprised at the quality of these straps,not sure where the little leather pad on the strap is supposed to go.if anyone knows will be much appreciated.

Due to IT band & Knee pain, I've been using another major/popular brand that cost twice as this SuperGrear band. It worked best for me compared to other IT bands. However, their build quality is really poor that the velcro and the band don't last long at all for $20 band. I've purchased SuperGear band based on the review and low pricing.Build quality is definitely much better than the other band I used and I hope this will last longer.As for an effectiveness, this band gives a decent support (slightly less than the other band). I wish the Pressure Point Dimple part is slightly larger (in both width & depth) for better coverage & pressure on the pain area. Also, as other user commented. this band is bit Short!For $10 price point, I would recommend this band for build quality and a decent effectiveness to control the pain.
