I think I'll give it a rinse before putting it in the enclosure, but I'm looking forward to using it as a decoration! I think it'll be a fun accent to the enclosure, and another climbing opportunity for an arboreal gecko never hurts.

great for adding texture and interest to a terrarium, I wrapped it around different hides/decor and it hold well. wire can become exposed after a while, but it's easy to fix with more moss

We use these in our gargoyle gecko’s enclosure and we love the natural look they add. We intertwine them with fake vines and it looks great. Our lil Stitch loves climbing up high on them. We replace every couple of months or so if they are constantly getting soaked by our mister. Small price to pay for our lil one that we adore so much.

These vines are awesome for my tree frog. I have had my frog about a month and he usually hides all day but when I put this vine in his tank he actually come out and was sitting on it so so happy with this. I will definitely buy it again. It does have wire in it but it's easy to hide if it does show. The moss does come off a little bit but not horribly bad. It's green moss and looks healthy and a real plus it's real moss.. My Kermit loves it that's what matters the most. it looks great in the tank.

I ended up just throwing it away. This vine will retain moisture and end up molding and making a mess in your enclosure. If you have a humid enclosure I wouldn't recommend.

For $10 this vine is worth it. It adds a nice touch to my bioactive terrarium. The shedding of the moss adds a nice addition to my substrate and helps with the moisture. I will give my final review in 3 months to let you guys know how this vine held up.

It definitely has moss on it, when I took it out I got moss all over and I read that it was a bit messy so I was extra careful! It was not super sturdy but I twisted it up and was able to get it in the tank which I have set up for a new baby gargoyle gecko! It's long, does look nice and adds texture but is soft at the same time! Hopefully the new addition to our reptile family will enjoy it! If it doesn't then it at least adds color and a jungley vibe to it! I will update after it's been in with the lil guy for a bit!

This is one giant vine! It's about a half inch diameter and definitely 12 feet. The moss looks like sphagnum moss and is green and lush. I doubled it up and twisted it then hung it with clips and rubber bands to give the frogs the bouncy, fluid feeling of really walking on vines in nature. I attached an image to show just how great looking these things are. It looks like at perfect jungle canopy! I highly recommend these as a vine decoration of choice. So now an update after hanging out in my vivarium for a month: The vine is covered in new sprouting growth which you can see some of the sprouts in the added picture. What an awesome bonus!Another update after 3 months, more growth and actual plants growing out of the vines. They are great! I am currently working on a new build which will incorporate these vines again. Get them, you will not be disappointed! In the meantime, a new horizontal view of the vine canopy with a RETF hidden in there sleeping. See if you can find her!
