Bought this because original pruchase had no repair parts and thru the packing away. Turns out once it's flushed returns not possible. Yvette was a doll and worked thru problems.

I am unhappy with this product as it is too big for my space. Due to delays in construction, I was not able to ascertain that until now. Is there a way to return it?

I loved this toilet and this high boy is the second I purchased from amazon's .As a person of a certain age the height is excellent and everything seemed fine until last night when the tank began to leak, all night I bailed the water as I could not let my bathroom flood but it did and my husband noticed the bolts were plastic with no rubber gasket which the first toilet had.The flow vale was not allowing adequate water into the tank and due to my curiosity I found the leak.Therefore it appeared to be the same but the manufacturer used faulty parts and since it is a hall bathroom it was hardly used.We had to take everything apart and redo all the inner flow valves, the flapper was fine but all bolts and dealing with its being unable to be supported by the bolts needs to be addressed.,as well as a night in my life where the water leak was endless till this morning.I DID FIND THE PHOTO OF THIS AND WANT TO CONTACT U TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER

I do plumbing and home repairs for a living.I have installed over 100 toilets in my career. I am getting older and have a hard time with low toilets.This was the easiest and best built toilet I have ever put in. Everything needed was included and was packaged perfectly. A must have!!!

Getting ready to have a total knee replacement, I realized I would have difficulty sitting down on my existing 17" high toilet. This was the answer - so much easier getting down and up - I expect it to be a plus during the recuperation from surgery while my mobility is affected.Installation was a breeze - if you have ever replaced a toilet, this is no different. Highly recommended.
