I've tried two other IR receivers that didn't work, or only some of the buttons were recognized. This one works great and can be used from across the room. It is small and inconspicuous vs having the SuperBox out in the open.

Just plug and play. Comes with an adhesive piece that allows the IR sensor to be attached to something to hold it in place.
