Condensate Evaporator. I could send pictures of it burn but not as the Most Frustrating part of the whole experience. Its the seller not warranting it out as the part has One Year Manufacturer warranty and like most of the places I get parts from will handle the Warranty ( Swap Out). As this being not someone I just drive to see and wanted to do Exchange with the understanding that there would be a Return Shipping on my end and They would do same for replacement for the New Replacement.Could not get them to Handle it and Amazon had to handle it only a Return with deduction for Shipping to Amazon; They were very helpful on Phone at Amazon and know its Problem with some of there Sellers.No replacement! as Seller is only out to sell and not handle anything Warranty related as it has the return window so Amazon deal with it. Not go in to Logistics of these Practices but have ordered other things from other Seller and Have been Settled with Replacements and even with no return or extra fees occurred.Lastly even the Supco has still to date hasn’t called me back after left a Long Message abt wanting to do a Warranty with lots of Details included on Voicemail…. Probably Should’ve done a Email scaving the Seller but think this will help Buyers!Not Happy as I lost money buying this in more ways than just in return monies lost 😞!I got a Regular Evaporator Heater and a Cord hard wired in and Done with it. No Way as Expensive as this one with Seller making me loose Money over it.Wouldn’t Buy it again. NOPE!
