This is a good replacement, especially if you have the skills to install it. I’m a decent mechanic and it took me all day. Pulling all the interior trim panels out of the car, dropping the headliner and removing the old scroll wasn’t too bad. The tricky part is figuring out how to disconnect and reconnect the little plastic headliner clips to the little plastic cable clips without breaking them and causing way more problems. Figuring out how to feed the new headliner into the track slots was also a headscratcher. Both sides have to be identical in length as well or you’ll get wrinkles on one side, another tricky part. All in all, I like the sunshade but it’s not a layman install.
