This is an exceptionally well made bike! It is strong and sturdy, it looks great, its programming is easy to understand, and it is almost silent. I didn’t expect to get features like that for the price. We are very pleased.However, like everyone said the shipping, packaging, and assembly instructions were terrible! The pieces were really hard to access, weird things were bundled together, and the instructions were not super easy to follow. That said my husband and daughter got it done in about 2 hours with minimal cussing! 😂

I purchased this bike to augment the exercise bike I was using at physical therapy. It has only been 2 weeks, but I am really enjoying it. It came well packaged, and everything was included (including the tools needed for assembly). My son put this together for me and it took him about 2 hours. It wasn't very difficult. However, a couple of the bolts would not line up correctly and it took some maneuvering to get them to work without damaging them (or the bike) in any way. Everything else went together quite easily.The bike is a joy to ride. You have to either program a level yourself or use one of the preset programs in order to take advantage of the levels of resistance. Understanding the programming took me a little bit of time, but I managed to get it down. I think that the instructions could be a clearer on how to set the levels of resistance - it took a little trial-and-error to find out how it was done.The bike is very sturdy and solid. The seat is comfortable, easy to adjust, and locks in tight. Although, if you have more than one person using it, you might want to use a sharpie to mark the bar under the seat so that you know where to put it for each person.Pedaling is smooth and the bike is stable as I ride. I love the "shelf" where I can put my tablet and watch virtual bike rides as I work out.As I said, it's only been 2 weeks, but I am very pleased with the bike and would definitely recommend it. I will know more after a few months of riding as to how everything holds up. I hope that it lasts for years, but time will tell.

This Sunny bike was the sturdiest, step-through recumbent bike I could afford that Amazon would assemble. I was thrilled with the service I received. The delivery and assembly team (2 workers) assembled the bike quickly and place it exactly where I wanted it, and they were both polite and friendly. There was some difficulty at Amazon keeping my scheduled appointment, but in the end, the workers came within a couple of hours of the original time I agreed to. The bike works well, and after weeks of daily use, I have not had any performance problems with it. I have back problems but find it quite comfortable. There is an easy-to-adjust manual setting and lots of pre-set workouts. Drawbacks: Computer display is primitive, like an old video game; angle of back rest is not adjustable; pre-set programs are not designed with warm-up and cool-down periods at the beginning and end of your session; and the heart monitor adjusts to changes rather slowly. Although there is a water bottle holder on the bike, if you take your hand off the monitor pad to get a drink, when you make contact again, the computer will count up again slowly enough that it may adjust resistance based on a pulse rate lower than actual. That said, a decent bike for the price. I hope to get some years from it.

Very nice and quiet machine, also very sturdy, chair is very comfortable. Bought a year ago but now the display is not working, still able to ride but unable to see how much calories burned. Any assistance how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Faster than expected delivery. The box looked a little banged up, but the bike was completely protected on the inside. We unpacked the parts one at a time and lined them up on the dining room table, then put the base of the bike on the kitchen counter for easier assembly. We are both in our seventies, so we’re a bit apprehensive about assembling the bike on our own. Like the description on Amazon suggests, it is definitely a two-person job. It took us approximately two hours to complete the job. I have ridden it twice, and so far it seems very sturdy. It does take up quite a bit of space, but that was expected, so make sure you have room for it in advance. So far, so good.So, one year later and I’m still loving this recumbent bike. I ride it (almost) everyday for at least an hour. It’s very easy to get on, as you can easily step over the base, which is only a couple of inches off the floor. My knees feel so much better and stronger. And I’ve finally gotten my husband to ride it. Only thing I would like to see would be a little basket/shelf that you could use for a book or for tv remotes. I had to clip A plastic basket on it but it’s not really very stable. Other than that one issue, I really love it!

This baby will last forever, it is very sturdy.The setup went well, and if you take the time to carefully read the assembly instructions, you should not have any issues. The drawings on the instructions manual could be a little big bigger.The mechanism to move the seat back and forth is very easy and very sturdy. Clearer instructions would be nice to setup the computerized programs the way that you desired.But overall, this is a superb piece of equipment, and I strongly feel that I will never have any mechanical issues with this machine.

I can compare this bike to the Schwinn bike, this Sunny bike has a much smoother pedal, the seat is way more comfortable too than the schwinn. I am honestly quite pleased with this bike. It was easy to assemble for me, but I can see how the directions provided could be an issue for someone that is not mechanically inclined… the visual instruction aid was very small, and lots of words to sift through to assemble… so, I can see that being an issue for some. However, it took me 45 min to assemble once I got all the parts out of the box and protective coverings.

Peso 120 kg y mido 185 cm, la he usado una hora al día todos los días durante un mes. Me encanta que tiene la opción de "quick Star" , lo presionas elijes la resistencia y empiezas a entrenar. La silla es bastante cómoda, sobretodo el respaldo, casi para los 50min, me empieza a molestar los glúteos el asiento, pero bueno es más el hecho de que peso 120 kg jaja, la distancia de los pedales es fácil de ajustar, a mi en la máxima me queda bien siendo alto.Eso sí, si no eres bueno armando rompecabezas las instrucciones no son claras, tarde más tiempo en decifrar que hacer solo con las imágenes que armandola, pide ayuda! Igual una vez captando no es dificil de armar, pero eso si , si eres débil sería mejor que alguien te ayude pues hay partes que pesan.Igual ya armado el producto le doy 5 estrellas
