I really like this bike. First one I've bought, and use it daily. Came partially assembled, which made completing assembly that much quicker. Heavy duty and works well, with good resistance. Recommended, especially for those just getting started with stationary bikes

Easy to assemble, all parts were present. The manual is marginally-useful, but it is easy to figure out which part goes where by just studying the parts and the picture of the bike. The bike is exceptionally smooth and ultra-quiet. I've never experienced a magnetic resistance stationary bike before. This is outstanding. After tax, it costs $141. I am amazed. It is very sturdy. I can see the welds, which are excellent. The paint job is flawless. The bike saddle is firm and comfortable. A saddle that's too soft won't be comfortable for long rides. This is just right. You can ride this as a recumbent or as a conventional bike. Folding is easy, but you have to screw in a knob so it does not unfold on its own. I wish they used a latch instead. There are two pairs of pulleys; one for arms and one for legs (behind the bike). The bike computer records time elapsed, distance, speed, heart rate and it runs on two AAA batteries. It's so smooth, I can pedal longer and faster. Like I said, it is nearly silent and it does not take up a lot of space.

I could not be happier with this purchase. It was super easy to assemble (roughly 10mins), comfortable while in use (although my butt was a little sore after mile 10) and when folded is so compact and easy to store, being roughly the size and width of a set of golf clubs. The added wheels make this easy to carry around the house, and the compact design makes it easy to pop this thing in front of the TV for some active screen time. Give me an anime episode or a tv show and 8 miles feels like nothing! The resistance mechanism on this bike is great, very much comparable to the expensive bikes that are in gyms. The resistance straps within the design offer a versatile training experience as I am able to work arms and shoulders in the process of a good cardio/ leg workout. Because of this purchase, on days where im feeling off or just too tired to get out to the gym, I can hop on this, lower the resistance, and take a calm and steady pace to keep myself active! I think this is a must have for every home.

UPDATE: the plastic caps on the front and rear foot tubes work loose while using the exercycle for over an hour. The fix was easy, I just added a self tapping sheet metal screw at each corner, the screws serve to anchor the plastic caps to the metal tube which they otherwise only friction-fit into; annoying that they didn't address this as new, but not serious enough to take away a star. ORIGINAL REVIEW:Assembled within one hour of receipt, easy assembly in spite of the minimalist instruction booklet. The tools provided are adequate for the job, but if you have your own tools, they will be better. The only thing missing from the kit is the recommended threadlock liquid for installing the pedals.....note, however, that the right side pedal has right hand threads, while the left side pedal has left hand threads.....this means that, assuming you only pedal forward, the pedals will only try to tighten themselves onto the crank, so they are VERY unlikely to loosen in use. (sort of like knock-on wheels on English sports cars....the knock-on spinners on the left side have left hand threads for the same reason).....Performance: they claim less than 20dB in use, my experience is that this exercycle is almost silent in use, no odd vibrations, no shaking or rattling parts.....the seat is comfortable....all of the metal structure is plainly over engineered, this is a well designed and executed machine! The range of magnetic resistance is excellent for exercise routines.

I went with four stars because my first delivery came in a beat up box with missing screws. I had to go through the frustration of repackaging all these parts back into the box and returning it then waiting for the replacement. Luckily the replacement model came with all the parts, although one of the end caps with the wheels slips off now and then. The others seem pretty secure.Assembly was relatively easy. It took me about 40 minutes. Everything you need is included like tools and batteries. They've also got a YouTube channel with a video assembly tutorial which helped a lot because the manual confused the heck out of me.After assembling, I tested it out and it works well. Silent, decent tension/resistance from the bike and bands, and it feels pretty stable and durable overall. The seat is a bit hard and uncomfortable - you may want to consider buying additional cushioning.I like that it's relatively compact and can fold and be put away in a closet or corner. I feel like it'll take a little bit of practice to get better at folding and reopening it.I figure it'll be great to hop on while watching TV or during winter storms when I can't wander out to the gym. Good value.
