THE DRIVER HIT OUR BUSINESS DOOR AND AMAZON ARC DOES NOT WANT TO COMMUNICATE OR DO THEIR JOB. THIS IS NOT SATISFACTORY, IT'S LIKE THEY ARE TRYING TO WAIT US OUT. THE PRODUCT IS AMAZING BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS AND I WILL BE LEAVING THIS ONE STAR RATING UNTIL THE MATTER IS RESOLVED.

The first one I bought had no functioning hydraulics out of the box. Box was very damaged from shipping. Second had similar damage but functioned correctly. Sunex really needs to revise the packaging. Once assembled and in use, this jack works fantastic. Made swapping a transmission plus transfer case on a 1997 Jeep wrangler a breeze. Casters are strong and roll well. Tilt adjustments are smooth and easy even with the transmission weight on them.

Even though I was on a budget, this is the one I went with it and have zero regrets. I wanted a transmission jack that had the reliability and had all the features of a top-of-the-line jack. I truly believe this is it. I found it during a Black Friday sale. I do think I had to be home for its delivery which I didn’t fully realize when I ordered it. In fact it was my nephew who was home, thankfully, to receive it as I was out on the golf course. Heavy Duty. Solid. Fast pumping through both stages. Head tilts in all directions with heavy duty hardware. Sits absolutely solid on the ground. Two locking casters placed on the right side for me. One man assembly. Pregreased, no leaks, I can’t remember if I added hydraulic fluid but we had a gallon on hand anyway. I looked at 3 other brands. This is the one I’d recommend. Head plate is thick. Hardware is easy to use. Best bang for the buck even on a budget. Can easily work around it. I’m probably going to add the gas tank accessory soon. Got an older crown Vic that needs a fuel pump replacement. I’ve used the jack for lower control arm installs under the knuckle for joint lineup and control and bushing preload for torquing nuts. I even used it as a jackstand before I got those.Within my return window closed, this went on sale for even less than I got it for, considerably less. I started a return all the way to selecting the pickup day and time and once I selected that, I immediately got a message asking me if I wanted to keep it for a partial refund. I love this jack! It will probably outlast my lift. I believe it will outlast my days of wrenching too.

I have purchased 2 of these jacks without any regrets. I have had the first jack for over a year without any issues. The second jack is to replace a competitors jack that failed and also to use with the fuel tank adapter. These jacks are tough and hold up to everyday use without any issues. I could not recommend this brand more and Amazon has the best price for this product. The shipping was fast.

You get what you pay for and this is superior to the $300 units in so many ways. It is much sturdier in construction all around, it lifts higher so I dont have to squat. Dont skimp get quality, this is quality.

Ok this will make it easy for you. After paging though all the junk Chinese jacks looking for something that's not OTC Big $$$money but will last in your pro shop with guys beating on it every day, how do you know what to take a risk on..... This is it. its heavy duty, goes up high enough that a 6' teck can use it. and has good lifting power and good stance so it is stable. This is the one to take a risk on!

Bought this back in 2019. Why we are not a commercial shop, we do a lot of car repairs and race car builds and this has paid for itself many times over. We use it not only for transmissions, but for dropping/installing fuel tanks, subframes, exhaust systems and even to pick up the suspension corners when torquing rubber bushings. The tie down chains are a little cheesy, but do the job. Other wise the unit is very, very solid. With no weight, lowering the cylinder can be slow, but not a big deal. It has been 100% reliable. Too bad the price has literally doubled since 2019 so I would say it is not as good of a value as it used to be. In fact you can get a pneumatic version for about the same money now, go figure.
