Second one we’ve bought. First one we’ve put together. Comes with directions but I really didn’t need them. Took less than 5 minutes to put together. These boxes are sturdy. I’d guess a 300 pound person could sit on it. Our first one looks nearly new and we’ve had it 5 years or so. Also the new one got delivered a day earlier than the originally scheduled date. Box said made in USA!

Edit: After a long Chicago winter, I opened this up in the spring and everything inside was safely secured. No snow, rain, or critters got in. Excellent purchase!Took me about 20 minutes to assemble and was straightforward. I've had it a couple months now and it is perfect. It holds a good amount of gardening supplies and outdoor kid toys. We've had several rain storms and not a drop has gotten inside of the storage area. It has kept chipmunks, spiders, and other pests out as well.It supposedly doubles as a bench and I got bench cushions for it, but it is a bit high to be a regular bench in my opinion. If you're in a pinch, it works as a bench I guess.Overall great, waterproof, lockable, storage for your outdoor area. I would suggest it for sure!

This is a great product! It is somewhat larger than it looks in the picture, but the dimensions are accurate. It really did take only 5 minutes to assemble. Vinyl pieces snap into each other. However, the construction is really solid. I chose this product over others because the lid overlaps the sides. It was good thinking on my part. In torrential rain, everything inside stayed bone dry. It's attractive looking, not at all cheap, but then it isn't cheap, but thoroughly worth the price.

This is our second purchase of this container. The first one worked so well we decided to get a second one. The container has proven to be water tight so far as long as the lid remains shut. Our original placement of the container left the container open to wind currents so the lid did open as it does not have a lock. We have moved the container to a spot that does not get the wind currents and it is working great. Lots of storage space for pool and yard stuff. Very easy to assemble.

We needed a place to store our pool winter cover so mice wouldn't get it. This is the perfect size and in winter have put cushions in it.

Nice box and easy to assemble. Just not quite tall enough for our large patio cushions, so they don't all fit inside. Looks attractive and you can sit on it. Lid only sits on the surface and does not click down to close, so it could lift up if a hard wind comes along. Under our patio area it doesn't move though. Quite a large space inside, so should hold a lot of things. Just be sure to measure your cushions if you want to store them in this box. Size is as shown in the description.

We used this bench all summer. It was very easy to assemble and it's great for holding potting supplies and the like. It took longer to cut up the huge box for disposal than it did to assemble the bench. We've had one person sit on it at a time, but not two, and it's seemed to hold up very well. It does have loops for locking it, though since those are plastic, they could be cut through with bolt cutters or even sturdy sheers. So I wouldn't suggest using it for things that are very valuable. But for gardening supplies, it's perfect. Everything inside has stayed dry, even through heavy rains.

I have had this solid storage bench for a year now and it is holding up excellently. All items I have stored in bench (umbrella, 5 chair cushions) have stayed completely dry and mold free. I do not lock the box, but it is possible to do so (there is a latch that you can see on front middle of lid in picture). It has withstood many fierce rainstorms and no leaks at all. It comfortably holds my 5 chair cushions and 9 foot diameter umbrella top, but I have no room for more than that. We do sit on it (2 people total of 210 pounds), and there is no bending or buckling. One thing you may need to know...it can't be pushed against the side of the house (or up against anything) because the lid needs about 6 inches of space behind it to open and close (see pictures below).

This deck box is great! It arrived at my door in less than a week via UPS and with no damage. It was very easy to assemble and fits right in on my deck. The color is very neutral. There is room for a love seat cushion and 6 chair cushions with plenty of room to spare. It is very sturdy....I am not a small guy; 240 lbs. and while sitting, it supports me easily. There have been a few heavy thunderstorms and everything inside the box remained dry. I recommend this box highly.

This appears to be an excellent product, however, due to extremely poor packaging (that appeared to have been damaged PRIOR to shipping)and UPS shipping, it arrived with several areas shattered into tiny plastic shards. I would only buy it again if it were better packed for shipping.
