I'm a pretty big guy. the stand is a little heavy to pack in, plus if you have a backpack too,it can be fairly heavy, but thats the price you pay when youre a big guy. Best climber i ever owned.

Love this stand. It's easy to use and comfortable. The only downsides are the steel cables that came with them starting bending at the end a little, the carrying straps are a little uncomfortable and the harness it comes with is ver uncomfortable. Had to bye a new one of those. But the stand itself is awesome. I can sit all day and just relax.

Easy to climb with, very sturdy, more than my ladder stands! The sound silencing works but it's not quite, after all it is aluminum. Due to its strength/size it is a little heavy for Long hikes/hills/woods but I got it for the strength and size. The zip around camo is nice. Cons, as from pictures you can see how I fold in on itself, tends to clank so I tied some camo burlap in the corners no more clank. The only real con I have is this, if you buy a bigger stand because your a bigger guy why does it come with such a small harness I can't get into? I literally could not get it over my shoulders.

At 315 lbs, this climber works like a charm. Comes with everything from full body harness to covers for the arms. Climbing is easy, and shooting from such a comfortable tree climber is a dream. Highly recommend for large and small. Ample room to move around without contacting sides, even for me.

This is my first climber and I have to say that I'd rather be in this stand than any of my other ladders or blinds. I'm 6'7 300 plus and have plenty of room and zero concern that this stand wouldn't hold me safely. I did buy the optional foot test and it's well worth the extra money. Very user friendly and safe if you take time to learn how to properly use it. My only other recommendation would be to invest in the HSS straps instead of relying on the included tether. The included harness works, but I'll be purchasing a vest type one next year as the included one is harder to adjust and not as user friendly as some of the high end vest harnesses available. Overall a great stand for the hig guy, gal, or anyone wanting size, space and comfort.

I am going to write a review for the first time. I purchased this stand from amazon before last season. I had no previous climbing stand experience so I watched the safety video and a few you tube videos as well. My wife has the account so this is under her name.Pros:I am 6 ft 3 and weigh 265 lbs. this stand is comfortable, stout and sturdy in a tree. I have no issues climbing a tree 25 plus feet. I saw ample deer and was able to stand up quietly.Cons:The shrink wrap cable is strong but due to use the shrink wrap is already peeling and tore. The seat backing gets noisy against the tree. The internal material squeaks or something. The only remedy I have found for this is to stuff a jacket behind to silence it or leave it down below the seat and using the tree as a back rest. The only noise this stands makes is while sitting. no noise while standing at all, but overall I would recommend this stand and I do plan on buying 1 more. Its a solid stand and plat form.

First off I have never owned a climber stand. Up until now I have never used one. I have always used stationary stands, usually metal. I want to say that I love this stand. It is easy to use and set up. This is not the biggest thing though, IT IS SO DANG COMFY. I am a big guy wide as a truck. I am about 5-9' 280. A little cubby, but stocky. This thing has plenty of room. The seat is fanatic! Soft no noise when moving around. Nothing. My first hunt was an afternoon hunt. The wind was headed west and I was facing east. The sun was going down in my face warming me nicely. I was soaking in the surroundings. I watched a doe and her young offspring in the field to my right run in and out of the woods. The setting sun and the comfort of this tree stand made for on of my favorite hunts. It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon. I am so happy I finally decided to purchase this. It is well worth the money. This thing feels completely safe and secure. It is really easy to seat the stand into the tree. And carrying it in and out of the woods is easy. 10 out of 10.Pros- quite- Large enough for big men- Easy to carry / hike with- Easy set up- Easy take down- Comfy- Looks coolCons- Too comfy haha. Not really a con. I had to fight napping though :)
