The product is good, just found that they don’t give instructions on how to set up or how to setup the pump. Although I have a problem with the pump they are trying to rectify this situation. Overall seems to be a descent company.

Great size, wish it had steps instead of ladder, and bigger pump. Family time is awesome 👌

I put up this pool the week of 9/10/22. It was not easy to set up. The oval ring at the top won't stay inflated and the included pump failed after one 2 hour session. I did all the reset instructions to no avail. This is a shoddy product not worth the money.

I have zero complaints. It was super easy to assemble (once we figured out that the bars don’t stand on their own without water that is) and really good size for the money. It’s shallow, but deep enough to swim around in for sure. It’s a great starter pool and comes with everything you need!

For the money, it is a great deal. Where else can you spend under $400 and get a complete pool. My biggest grape is the size of it. It is listed as a 10 x 15 pool, but that measurement is kind of useless. Once fully assembled, the inflatable ring at the top is only about 8 x 13. The 10 x 15 measurement is the bottom part on the floor because the pool is on an angle. For cooling off, this pool is perfect, but not big enough to swim in it.Assembly was easy, but I am missing one part of the ladder so it’s very difficult to use safely.

We had a similar pool a few years ago so it was super easy to put this one up!

The pool was easy to assemble, and it was received promptly.I had ordered the pool but had not set it up right away. The pump worked for just under a month and they failed. I have had an above-ground pools, and the pump had lasted several years. The return window had already ended, leaving me with a useless pool.I would not recommend this pool, and would return it if I could.

Everyone complaining about price, price, price. Demand for pools went through the roof last summer and this summer, allowing these pool sellers to jack up their prices. Blah blah blah. You already know this. So let’s put price aside for now, because they are ALL over priced, not just this one. I have bought a new above ground pool each year, for the past 12 years, simply because I don’t want to clean it, at the end of the summer. They are pretty knarly after 4 months. I have tried 12 different pools throughout this journey. For 900, this is what you get this year . . . a pool that is very easy to get setup. Does NOT take hours putting together pvc/metal tubing like the framed pools which are even more expensive than this one. Assembly time took me 1.5-2 hours. The floor of this pool will absolutely have some wrinkles. They are not a major issue if you keep adjusting the floor as the first 1” of water is going in. Try to minimize them, you won’t get rid of them. I know people have trouble with this, don’t sweat it, everyone does. I always lay cardboard, 2-3 large opened boxes underneath, making for a very soft bottom and wrinkles aren’t an issue for the floor vacuum or for walking on. But the floor wrinkles are just part of these pool, as they are with most (non framed) pools. It’s even hard to get out wrinkles of the framed pools, but a bit easier. The quality is very good. If it wasn’t, it wouldn’t hold 3000+ gallons. Maybe I got lucky, but everything was in the box, no leaks at all, no defects as of yet (2 months in). The ladder works great. It’s semi sturdy, and gets you in and out of the pool. My 5 year old has no problem and she uses it as a jumping stand also. The filter sucks, but they all do. Little trick . . . Run filter especially when people are in the pool, so debris can’t settle on floor, helping the filter get some of it. For the floor, purchase a robot vacuum floor cleaner from Amazon. A good one costs about 300-400, it’s cordless, and will last several years. Don’t go super cheap here. I’ve tried them all, this price range gets you what you need. Let it run on the floor, when the pool is closed for the day, after debris has settled, then your floor is almost spotless and all the filter has to do is turnover the water. I recommend buying a reusable filter. Costs about 45 and they last all season. Better than spending hundreds on those filters that come with pool. Download the Clorox Pool app and follow it. Keeps my pool clean & useable all summer, along with my floor vacuum, and run the filter (rx1000 vs 3000-4000 gal) at least 4-5 hours a day. Another great thing about this pool, it has allowed me to put this pool on a slight angle, which is not recommended, but I had no choice. It’s very slight, but it’s there. The side brackets do a great job keeping the pool straight up, against the downhill. I had to turn the pool sideways so the brackets are at a 90 degree to the slope. Then at the end of the summer, you can clean it and store it . . . Or toss it. Whatever your budget allows. But if you want a pool this size, I do recommend it, due to the easy setup and tear down.

Pool got a small leak in the upper ring in the seam. Husband was able to patch it and we ate back in business. We love our pool!
