I use these gloves while I am doing my pool therapy. It helps to first put your hands in the water with the gloves before putting them on. The velcro makes them easy to put them on and stays put while excersing. They provide friction to help get more out of the pool excersisess.Two pairs come with the order which is nice if one is drying and you want to use the next set the next day or want to share.

I used to use Speedo resistance gloves exclusively for my water aerobics workouts but after one workout with these I'm a convert. Very sturdy and having neoprene on both sides of the hand gave even more resistance. Am buying a couple more sets right now!

I love the fit of these gloves and the fabric quality feels excellent. I used them for Aquafit class today and they really increased the feeling of resistance in the water, which is why I wear them!

I ordered a size medium. They fit well for 5 ft tall ring size is a five at 142 lbs. they are sturdy and add a lot of resistance.

Los compré para cruzar la frontera de Estados Unidos en playas de Tijuana, la verdad gracias a los guantes puede nadar más rápido, ya que la primera vez que intenté fue sin guantes y tarde mucho en el mar al rededor de 5 horas mandando y fue que me agarró la mañana y me vieron los de migración, pero ahora con estos guantes lo puede hacer en dos horas nadando en ese frío mar, obvio con traje de buzo y chaleco, la verdad que velocidad agarré con los guantes.

I got these gloves for open water recreational swimming, hoping that it would increase the distances that I can go. (My kicking is somewhat limited due to knee problems, so I rely a lot on my hands.) I swim with my head out of the water, mostly side stoke, back stroke (not a back crawl, but rather I keep my arms in the water), and breast stroke. I think the gloves have helped somewhat though not dramatically. When I look at the surface area they provide, I would say that my hands can pull 1/3 more water than before, which is about how much farther I can swim in the same amount of time (at most). The gloves seem sturdy, comfortable, don’t seem to impede my bringing my arms back to starting placement of each stroke. And I can hold and manage my things (key, safety float, etc.) due to uncovered finger tips. I let a friend of mine use the second pair, and she reports that she feels she swims more easily as well.
