Last a long time and runs all day with solar panel but it’s not very strong. You can barely feel it 15 ft away.

This is a functional solar panel and fan. It is an older model sort of fan, but very functional. The solar panel can absolutely charge the fan, but it has problems. The main one with the solar panel is that the stand bar it came with doesn't fit. I would have to bend it to make it fit one way, and the other way there are no holes drilled. I couldn't have forced the fit even if I wanted to, because it came with no screws to attach the pieces together. The solar panel is very lightweight and seems easy to damage with little by way of protective framing so if you can find a way to protect it, it at least won't weigh you down. The fan has good air output and on the lowest setting from a full charge it ran through the evening and into the next day. The fan itself, though an older model as mentioned earlier, is a perfectly good fan and not very heavy itself.I just do not feel that this fan is worth the price at present (7/5/2025 $89.99) with the solar panel's weaknesses.

I absolutely love this fan and recommend it to anyone needing to cool a coop without a power source. I have no problem writing a negative review if a product deserves it, but this one earns every single star of my 5 star rating.First, it reminds me of a hyper tough barn fan if one came in a small size. It has the same design leg mounts with tightening screws, a sturdy handle, metal blades, and a sealed motor (so much safer in dusty environments). It moves a lot of air, and that is just the basic fan functions. Now you get into the fact this solar charges and comes with a quality solar cell, it has a backup plug adapter if you want to charge it that way, AND it has a light which is an amazing utility in an area without power. It is so easy to set up and to use the controls. The battery gauge comes on briefly when you adjust the fan speed or power the fan on so you can see how much charge you have. There are 12 settings for fan speed which is also wonderful because during the heat of the day usually there is a lot of sun and you can keep the fan running full-blast, but at night you can turn it down so it moves air but doesn’t use the battery as quickly.I have already run this fan on a full charge 2 nights in a row without a recharge (I forgot to plug in the panel one day). It still had plenty of battery to keep my girls cool.I wish I had known such a product existed because it would have come in handy so many hot summers when my poor chickens had to sleep in a hot coop and I couldn’t run a fan. This is an absolutely amazing deal for the quality you receive and the utility it offers, as well as the comfort it provides.

I bought this fan for tent camping to replace a different brand one I bought the week earlier that would not work at all. This fan is very lightweight and quiet, and it ran on high all night on the same charge. I absolutely love it. We will now carry it to the pontoon boat. I havent used the solar panel yet, but I believe it will work as advertised because everything else did. Great fan!
