If you are looking for filler, especially an all-natural one for specific design/event purposes, this product is great. The value and size you get for your money worked well for my purpose.

Do not buy this unless you want 1/2 inch thick, flat mat of excelsior!!!It cannot be used in a basket or for any decorative endeavors. It might be useful under my chicken's butt, but this item is not as advertised! Again, do NOT buy.

I lke that this was real wood wool as used last century for shipment cushioning. I used it as a comedic gift box stuffing for a wood carved ornament I carved of the leg lamp from "A Christmas Story" movie. it will be a Christmas gift with diy wrapping paper that looks like the wooden shpment box the lamp arrived inside in the movie scene.

Used this to fill in top of pot with a silk arrangement. It did the trick but it breaks into little pieces and gets everywhere and sticks to everything (like Christmas tree needles without the warm memories)... you will be sweeping for days... better to use shredded paper or the old fashioned excelsior which does not break up.
