I was working on a 2007 Subaru outback base model. The part number that is needed for that vehicle is 26290AG02A. I went to Van Bortel Subaru in Henrietta, New York to get that part for both left and right front. I asked the parts counter employee if they could get me this 26290AG000 To see how similar they are because they look the same. We laid the 000 on top of the 02A And it was the same exact part. They laid completely flat on each other and all the holes aligned. The only difference I could see with the more expensive 02A Is that it had a big B stamped into the metal. So, By purchasing the 000 I saved $95.

My car's old original dust shield rusted off the car a few years ago. Now that it was time to replace the wheel bearing, this part was necessary to have to provide the proper spacing for between the bearing and the wheel speed sensor. The new dust shield fit perfectly upon install of the new wheel bearing, and the ABS was happy with it.

I used this on my Subaru 2012 Legacy. Check out the years before buying but this is a universal type of dust shield . Fit perfectly and was a good match to my car. 06-14 seems to be the sweet spot.
