These are stupid cool. Work stupid well. Are stupid secure. And id recommend them to anyone needing a level spot for organizing a work van. No one rides shotgun. So it lives in passenger seat of my van. Very pleased.

Came discolored and looks like there are thin areas in the plastic. Much cheaper looking and flimsier than I thought. The concept is good but the unit I received looks like it should not have passed quality assurance.

Okay, seriously, this stupid thing is awesome. I saw the ad on Facebook, looked for it here. Total impulse buy and I do not regret it at all.I put a terry cloth bath towel that I stole from a hotel years ago on my passenger seat to protect the leather, set this thing on it, buckle it with the seatbelt and the seatbelt loop on this tray and I set everything on this stupid car tray.It has two hangers on the front, my mask hangs there. My iPad sits on the tray for streaming to my stereo. Pizza boxes...sunglasses...need to sign a piece of paper or write a note for that jerk that parks like a donkey at the store? Yep. It has little nooks and “pockets” for things. It sits level in the seat.Seriously. This Stupid Car Tray is awesome. It is the best stupid thing I have ever bought.

These are actually VERY useful with just a couple of drawbacks.They have a nice flat surface with a tacky rubberized ring that is very good at keeping items from sliding off, which can be fortified with a velcro strap attached to the tray to keep things on the tray even better.I drive in San Francisco traffic daily and have a couple of near misses every week.Drawback - The anchor system isn't good - they suggest that you attach the strap to the buckled passenger seat belt.A better way is to pull the elastic/velcro anchor strap through the seat and use the velcro stick to the carpet under the passenger seat - that works MUCH betterDrawback - There's a holder for your cell phone with a notch for the charging cable. This holder could be a little bigger in order to set the phone completely in the compartment, when you make a left a little too quickly the phone has a tendency to slide toward the passenger door - or another strip of that tacky rubber around the phone holder.The only other thing I have a minor complaint about, it might be a touch more expensive than it should be but there isn't any better tray in that price range.I do recommend this product and I'll probably be giving several out as gifts this Christms

I was hoping I would use this a lot, it seemed like a great idea. But now it is just in the back seat on the floor because I never use it. Since the top is hard plastic, anything you set on it slides off if you stop the car fairly fast. There are straps to hold things down but would not hold big things and also kind of a hassle to strap stuff down. I would not really recommend this item unless you know for sure what you plan to do with it.
