Hard to get attached, the directions were actually incorrect. Finally got it attached to my steering wheel when I winged it. Not chunky girl friendly, which partly is on me because I should have thought about that 🤣 once I got it on it did the job.

I love this thing. I use it at work for my lunch. It holds my food fine and has two sides that you can choose from. It’s very sturdy and easy to clean.

I have been eating my lunch for 11 years in my car, I have to get out of the noise and have peace at lunch time. I always wanted to have something like this but didn't know it even existed, so many times my lunch almost hit the floor and under my feet in the car. I can't believe I found this it is so much easier I just connected to my steering wheel and put my lunch on it it works perfect I love it I'm telling you I really love it. If I had two steering wheels I would buy another one. FYI, it says to turn the steering wheel upside down I don't do that I leave it in the right position and just slide it on it works fine...... it fits perfect on my RAV4, it's so easy to use just put it on eat your lunch and take it off and you don't have your food sliding all over your lap and FOOD spilling all over your car seats and in-between your car seats....10 stars ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

First off, the instructions say to turn your steering wheel upside down for the board to attach to your steering wheel. While this may be true for vehicles with larger steering wheels, on my 2014 Jeep Compass, I immediately realized the board fits the steering wheel regardless if my wheels are turned or not. I think they tell you to turn your wheel for liability purposes, mainly so you won’t be temped to use it while driving which is extremely dangerous and highly illegal. Or maybe I’m just lucky?Anyway, on to my review! I purchased the bamboo version of this board because randomly Amazon offered it for a price I simply couldn’t refuse. First impression out of the box, the board seemed very sturdy and solid enough to handle whatever I put on it. Attaching the board was a no brainer that literally took a second in my case. It fit snug on my steering wheel and I am highly confident the board won’t come off on it’s own due to simple physics and gravity. I first tested the board out while draw on it (leaning on it some) annd never encountered any issues. Next I put my water bottle that was full with ice & water (~3lbs) on it and yet again, the board did exactly like intended. The cupholder cutout isn’t very deep and would probably only be good for a coffee mug but I would prefer to use the center console cupholder so my cup doesn’t consume space on the tray.My only complaint is the wood may scratch your steering wheel up where the edges of the tray’s hooks lean against the steering wheel (this might not be an issue on the plastic trays). Pretty simple solution: go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and get a thin to medium thick adhesive foam strip and apply it around the edges of the tray that come in contact with your steering wheel. It prevents and scuffs or scratches from forming on your steering wheel AND it creates a tighter, more snug attachment on your steering wheel.All in all, simply the best car tray I have ever seen and used. The simplicity, the load bearing capacity and a nice modern touch at a price that won’t break the bank are all reasons why you should stop hesitating and buy one already!

I bought this to comfortably work on my laptop from my vehicle. I have a ford bronco sport. It worked great for me. However if I was a bigger person the space from my chair all the way back might be a bit tight. When you park, with the car still running you turn the steering wheel upside down. If you try without the vehicle running this step is impossible. Then you easily hang the table. Would recommend.
