Excellent product to work with when using the Arc Barrel. You do need a good understanding of Pilates when reading through the exercises, but overall a good book.

Beautiful and functional. Clear images with step-by-step instructions. The arc barrel manual has about 33 exercis s documented in this durable spiral-bound manual. It's price us my only ding. I can see this price for bigger manuals (like Intermediate & Advanced Cadillac), but this manual is half the size.Stott is top quality without the dogma found in oher brands.
