Bought for my 7year old son. I absolutely LOVE that we can use this indoors on cold days. We’ve been playing floor is lava and using the game cards. Love that it comes with a bag to store everything in!

I ordered these as a creative way to amend some vestibular and vision therapy. These are sturdy enough to hold an adult. I appreciate the versatility, the action cards, the different colors and textures. It is helping me work through some balance and depth perception issues. The lights in the stones also help to make it more challenging. I recommend keeping the blow up pieces a little towards the deflated side. The storage bag, the small pump and valve, and all the little details make this a really great kit. Definitely brings out the kid in all of us.

These do the trick and are a great price. My son loves using them to make obstacle courses. We haven't taken them outside yet (it's cold). However, the little non-slip pads on the bottom of the stepping stones come off almost immediately and I was finding little black pieces of rubber all over my house. I just took them all off.

This stepping stone kit includes many different accessories that make it a great toy for creating obstacle courses and other imaginative play ideas. There are hard plastic stones that light up and have button batteries included, though the connection doesn't seem the greatest since the lights flickered immediately after turning them on. Also included in the kit are stones that can be blown up - though these were difficult to inflate (the pump is included). You have to get the needle in carefully and even then, they don't want to inflate easily. It took a couple of tries. There are also flat stones that have a non-slip backing.

These stones are dearly loved in my family, my kids love playing the game the floor is lava, and these are perfect for that. They set up these stones first and then use other house stuff to finish off setting up the living room to play. They are a nice bright color that my kids enjoy, the material is hard and sturdy so it can withhold my kids jumping up and down on them, and they are really easy to wipe off when they get dirty. Really awesome for playing outdoors when it’s hot and indoors when it’s cold.

This toy set had been a life saver for our cold indoor days or rain days. My kids love to play the floor is lava and this set brings that to life even more! The steps are solid and can hold myself (130) and my husband (250). The middle has a little switch underneath to turn on and make a light turn on for more fun in the dark. The little Matt’s that come with are fun as well and these keep my kids entertained for hours!! Easy to use on carpet or hardwood, with no slipping because of the little pads on the bottom. Everything is easy to store and doesn’t take up to much space. This is a fun thing to do for any age

Why I got this--I wanted this item for my 3- and 5-year old sons to play with. My 5-year old in particular is a bit sensory seeking and likes to step on toys or anything else that's been left on the ground, so I thought this could be a good way for him to step on things that aren't breakable! I had been browsing balance stone products for a while but liked this one because it appeared to stack better for storage than some other models.What it is--The box was compact and contained 12 stepping stone items. Two are inflated and rubbery (which are a bit challenging for my kids to balance on), 5 are plastic bowl-shaped ones with lights, one is a rubbery mat with stringy bits, and the other 4 are kind of like a mousepad texture. All of them were pretty grippy and they didn't slide on the floor while we were stepping from one to the other, and the box included more grippy stickers too in case they fall off. I also tried stepping on them, and they felt very sturdy even with an adult weight (120 lbs). It also contained a storage bag, a hand pump (for the inflatable ones), and a spinner wheel and some cards.What I liked best--1. I liked the variety of stepping items, including both firm and wobbly as well as high and low items. I think this makes it more interesting as well as a better challenge for the kids.2. I liked that there were cards and a spinner wheel inside, because one of my sons really likes being given challenges. We especially liked doing the spinner and then counting down so he had to find the right colored block to step on quickly! This is good practice for my preschooler to learn colors (I just said the name of a color instead of showing him) and practice listening to and following directions. It gave me some ideas of different kinds of games we could play to keep this fresh.3. After we were done playing, they almost fit back in the original box for storage. I think they would fit if I deflated the two inflatable stones, which I will do if we put this away for a while. Toy storage is a premium in our house, so I'm always glad when things are able to pack back in the original box easily!What I liked least--The hand pump was a bit challenging to use at first, but was ok because only two of the stones actually needed inflating, and didn't need too much.There were a couple things that seemed a bit lower quality-- which is fine for us, but it means I'd be less likely to buy this as a gift for someone.1) There were some typos or strange English on some of the cards (examples: "Encounter jungle storm,Replay for one roundv" or "Encounter wolves, Right hand rasied and left leg rasied, One step back"). 2) The mat with the stringy texture had suction cups on the back, but they did not stick to our laminate flooring at all. This is ok because it still had enough friction to stay in place while we played, but again it just makes it seem a bit less perfect of a product.
