good idea, but it didn't work with my jeep compass steering wheel. it is at a slant. I will keep trying different things to see if can level it out. I am keeping it, only because I need a flat surface in my car, so even if I just use it on my lap or my passenger can use it in their lap to have a hard surface to write on that works too. I tried it with my steering wheel at different angles (moved the tilt) and I took off my steering wheel cover and it still make no difference. I like the fact it fits perfectly in the pocket behind the front seat so will store it there until needed.

A co worker recommended. This is perfect for the mobile office. Easily fits under the seat when not in use. Can’t imagine how I lived without it.
