I had no trouble assembling the frame by following the instructions. The frame is sturdy, nicely powder coated and well made. The hardware provided was good quality. I particularly like the lifting mechanism. The levers are machined from aluminum block and the lifting legs are easily adjustable. Its a pleasure to use and roll around the garage. You might want to use a sheet of plywood as a shelf, or what I did was cut triangles so that the metal legs of the stand don't scratch off the powder coating.

This rolling bass is very well constructed with all heavy duty components. I especially like that the foot levers are solid aluminum unlike many other brands at twice the price which are plastic. There is very little chance of them breaking or not locking down properly. It glides around the floor nicely and locks down solid with the adjustable foot pads. You can pretty much throw away the instructions, they are not very helpful and even incorrect in some instances. Luckily, the picture on the outside of the box is all you need. I attached this to a Jet 14 inch bandsaw which has a small base of only 15 by 17 inches. In order to make it fit properly, it was necessary to cut 2 inches off of 2 of the longer rails. The instructions tell you to leave an inch each direction, that does not always work. I wanted to align with the holes in the bottom of the saw's base so I could bolt it on. In my case, It needed to be within 1/4 inch in both directions. Overall, I am happy with this purchase and feel it is a good value for the money.

This mobile base is well made of sturdy materials, easy to assemble, and seems to maneuver around fairly well. However, it does have some cons. If machine height is a consideration, this mobile base will raise the overall height of your machine at least 2 inches, then if you add a plywood panel between the machine and mobile base, you're looking at even more height. Consequently it also raises the center of gravity. I had planned on using it under a Rikon Bandsaw, but it raises the table height more than I would like. Many bandsaws are already top heavy and this mobile base would make it even more so. Another thing to consider is the design of the leveling feet. The mobile base sits level on the castor wheels, but the leveling feet actually raise the machine when in the stationary position, putting the machine slightly out of level. Other mobile bases have step castors that raise the machine for moving, and lower the machine to the stationary level position. All in all a fairly good mobile base for the money as long as you can live with these minor cons.

This is a very well-made rolling base. I used it for a steel frame bandsaw. I configured the base to match the 24x26” footprint of the bandsaw stand without issue. All parts were present and nicely finished. The only shortcoming was in the instructions. Assembly instructions for the wheels and locking mechanisms was adequate, but there were no instructions on assembling the frame itself. Fortunately, it’s a fairly straightforward and intuitive process. Once assembled, and with the bandsaw placed atop the base, it was rock-solid and moved very easily. The locking mechanisms performed smoothly and without issue. I don’t know how much my bandsaw weighs, perhaps 200 lbs. this is more than sturdy enough for that.

I have a small 1 car detached garage. Its tight in there with my full sized bagger, fridge, motorcycle lift table, and other random tools. The table saw was extremely cumbersome to access. This certainly did the trick. I would estimate the table saw around 60-70lbs. So its well within its weight limits.Assembly wasn't hard, I didn't look at the instructions because it made sense how it went together. Careful not to over torque the little bolts, they don't take much more than 10-15lbs, anything over that, you'll risk busting them, as I did to 1. I needed a 29x31" size and i was able to achieve that easily. You can change the configuration of the caster corners to fit your needs. for now mine seems to work, but its nice you can customize it to your specific needs. The locking levers seem solid and easy to operate and adustable. There was no grease included so i used bearing grease on the fixed wheels and the locking lever cams to help prolong life (I hope). So far this seems to be exactly what I needed.... time will tell how it holds on. One thing i noticed is as soon as I put the table on, the caster corners seemed to have sagged, that is due to the spacing around the bolt holes and braces allow it to do this. Its not because anything is bent or failed to hold the weight, it seems okay, just looks like its sagging. maybe another day I'll tweak that some how by putting shims in there to brace the brackets.Update.Everything seems to be holding up well. Cams work perfect. Casters take abuse from bumpier surfaces. Overall very happy with this. I made a small shelf under my table saw to store my other wood tools. This gives me more shelf space and keeps all the tools together.
