First of all, I'm not a vine customer. I purchased this with my own money. This is the first steamer I have ever used. I was very impressed with the quick start up and how much steam came out. I've used it to block crochet projects and it worked beautifully. I've also used it on curtains, took the wrinkles right out. The only thing that I didn't like was the instructions. The print is VERY small. They need to improve that. I would recommend that you give this steamer a try.
