I needed a little more detail for scouts, but it serves the purpose.

Product is exactly as advertised. This is a great item to use for teaching, hiking, and to have in a vehicle emergency kit.The orange color is bright and the heat applied reflecting stamping does a pretty good job in showing up when hit with a flashlight. The information screen printing on the product seems like it will hold up through several washings; I’m just not convinced the reflective areas will hold up as well; I hope I’m wrong about the reflective areas and I hope I don’t ever need to use this product as a signaling device otherwise things will have gotten serious.

Love the quality and prints of these bananas. We bought 7 and would buy again. Down side is that they're short an inch from what they are advertised. All 7 were the same size and short the 1 inch in both directions. Otherwise, they're worth the cost. Very comfortable and well made. Great prints!!

The color and reflective parts are great for making oneself more visible on a motorcycle. Nice thick, quality fabric. Fair price. I get all kinds of compliments wearing it.

If you're familiar with Dave Canterbury's 10 C's of Survival (1. Cutting Tool · 2. Combustion Device · 3. Cover · 4. Container · 5. Cordage · 6. Cotton Bandannas · 7. Cargo Tape · 8. Compass · 9. Cloth Sail Needle ·10. Candling Device), then this is a worthwhile gimmick to add to your survival kit, or give as a gift for your beloved "prepper."It is "high viz" blaze orange that will contrast well in most cases for signaling and has a reflective element. The text provides a helpful set of survival hints to remember when one finds themselves in dire straits (trained or untrained). The 100% cotton material is helpful for hundreds of different uses: from straining (not filtering) suspect water to dressing a wound to making charcloth for future fire making in the wild.I do like this piece of kit, but it does have drawbacks. First, it's too small. Ideally, this would prove more useful if it were 36" x 36" (91.44 cm x 91.44 cm). I've been a big fan of the U.S. Military's GI cotton cravat because it is big enough to tie a sling or tourniquet, make a head cover or face mask, etc. If this bandana were 36" x 36" it would rival the USGI cravat in usefulness. Also, a bigger size makes for a bigger signal flag in an emergency.Second, even if you wash this in cold water, it will shrink a bit in the dryer. Well... cotton is cotton. Finally, I would like a brighter more "neon" orange or even yellow color option for greater contrast for emergency signaling.I found it a bit pricey for what I got, but a pretty fair trade all the same.
