This was easy to install and holds my Star link firmly on the ladder. Was great deal and came with everything needed to attach to ladder and point Star link in the right direction.

Really nice ladder mount! Had it up in no time. Don't tighten the screws down as you may need to use the starlink app to realign the dish. Then after is is aligned, tighten down the screws. Come with 4 metal inserts for the slits that hold the original mount. I used all 4 to make sure the dish was snug in the mounting bracket. We'll worth the money paid,.... don't want to shell out more money for a new dish so this mount is a great insurance policy!

I bought this with the intention of using it *while* we are in motion. (Haven’t tested that theory yet)Assembly of the clamp onto the cargo rack of our van was simple enough. 4 screws to clamp onto the railing, 2 screws to grab onto the pole that the dish is mount on.After tightening down all 4 screws that clamp to the cargo railing, the clamp still rotates freely around & would not get tight or firm. So i ended up grabbing some thick Velcro & wrapped it around the railing first, then added the clamp. That Velcro made the railing even thicker & therefore the clamp was able to grab it tightly. Ta-da …no loose clamp anymore.Next up was to get the black dish plate installed onto the dish (instead of the factory installed kick stand). I must admit that the kickstand was difficult for me to remove from the dish, but that’s not the fault of this product - that’s on starlink.Once the kickstand is removed, the black plate is super easy to install. Just drop the tiny metal pieces into the existing slots on the back of the dish, then feed the data cable through the whole in the plate, plug it into the dish. slide the black plate mount towards the narrowed inner wall & then screw in the 2 hold down screws (they will touch the tiny metal plates & provide tension against the dish). After that’s all done, all you have to do is slide the dishes new pole mount into that bracket you previous bolted onto your car/truck/rv. Tighten everything down, then tighten again to be sure.I used more Velcro to run my data cable down the length of the cargo basket & left it in a large coil on top because I’m not ready to finish the install, but we just test drove it & it held up. I *do* recommend this mount. It holds with enough torque in tightening the screws.

I bought this mount for my boat. After 1 month the bolts are rusting. They should have been stainless steel for any outdoor use.I would not recommend this mount unless one is prepared to replace the bolts with stainless steel ones.

Work good. Install fairly ease. Only negative is going up and down the ladder with the Starlink antanna.

I use upgraded from a Gen 1 (round) starlink to a Gen3. I was OK with simply lying the dish on the roof of my truck, but I hate the look. I worry about it ever time the wind comes up too. This ladder mount is the perfect solution as it bolted to my roof rack perfectly. No drilling, no permanent changes, just tighten two bolts and you have a semi-permanent spot to mount the dish.Once the horizontal bracket is on I inserted the vertical component into the base of the Gen 3 Starlink dish and secured it. From there I inserted the vertical mast into the horizontal bracket and used the Starlink App to orient it (rotation only). Once oriented I tightened the mast support bolts on the horizontal bracket and I was done. The first install took about 10 minutes. Removal and reinsertion takes 5, most of which is waiting for starlink to boot up.Well made and well price. No need for a pricey pole mount from Starlink as it is included. Recommended!
