A solid-state drop-in replacement for original electro-mechanical regulator. Works perfectly. Same screw-holes; wiring harness plug goes right on. If you want a perfect look-alike, though, the spade lug for the radio-noise suppression is a 1/4 inch closer to the center than on the original. That has no fit implication, as that connection is a separate, single-wire connector. Also, that radio-noise suppression capacitor is not needed with a solid-state regulator. If you use one, the original is probably shorted by now, so get a new one, or if you just want it for looks, use an open dummy.

it did not come with any diagram or illustration. I had to check the internet for proper installation. It started to fume on its first few minutes,
