Product worked for 6 months. Was sold with 3 year warranty. Called Standard as directed by Amazon and they refused to honor the warranty claiming Amazon was not an authorized seller. Only positive is that the part worked comparable to OEM while it was working, just incredibly short life with no manufacturer backing.

I have replaced three resistors and a blower motor. Key to a good job that lasts seems to be in the quality of the connecting wires and connectors. The load carried by the wires can be heavy when connectors are slightly "burned." Previous resistor replacement kits did not work as well as this one has so far. Worth buying.

Unit worked. Be aware that this is NOT a plug and play unit. You must cut your wiring harness and splice in the unit. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. I would spend the extra money next time to replace with a plug and play unit. installer tip. Disconnect the battery before cutting harness. Even with the ignition off there is power to the unit and cutting the harness will cause some sparks.

Had to replace it after just a week with another one and that one started messing up. It is a replacement part for the OEM part, The OEM part is soooo expensive cause it's hard to find and was replaced with this part, but if I had to do it over again I'd pay the extra and get the matching OEM part.

I purchased this blower motor switch for my 2007 Chevy Tohoe. Two weeks ago the switch got wet and shorted out. The shop charged me $281 for the part and $50 for install. I ordered this part and it work great. It's the same part. I installed it in 5 minutes.

I purchased this blower motor switch for my 2005 GMC Sierra. I did have to alter the wiring a bit to work with my application, but the directions provided made it easy to do.

Easy to splice the wiring together. Worked great and installed in minutes. Would recommend this product if you are looking for a cheap and easy fix.
