For Air Cooled VWs these are the points you want. The current Bosch ones (made in India or China) are awful. The Bosch rubbing blocks wear out quickly or even break.

just so you know these points are no different than the ACDelco professional set . The Bosch points that were good are no longer available made In Germany or Spain. The best one are the Echlin brand sold by Napa the ones with the vented contacts and the two springs one is copper. To bad Amazon does not offer these.
