Perfect replacement for missing or lost socket key
Did you install aftermarket lugs and can't seem to find your socket to get your wheels off again? Did the original key that your lugs come with break for whatever reason? Maybe, you bought a used car that have 6-point lugs installed and now you need to service the vehicle. If any of these apply to you, this socket key will have you covered! This socket can be used in conjunction with both 19mm (3/4") and 21mm (13/16") hex sockets which makes it a versatile addition to your tool kit.

IMPORTANT: Compatibility & Installation
- This socket is only compatible with larger 6-spline lug nuts (Typically 14x1.5, 14x2, 9/16"x18 thread size). Measure the diameter of your lug nut splines and compare to 'Socket Inner Diameter' measurement in the diagram above.
- Before using the socket, make sure the socket splines match that of your lug nuts. If there is too much play (ie too much "wiggle" room), the socket may crack or round off your lug nuts. NOTE: The socket will break if used on mismatching lug nuts.
- During use (loosening or tightening your lug nuts), ensure you are holding/leveraging your wrench properly. Failure to do this puts too much extra pressure on the socket and can lead to breaking. NOTE: The socket will break if not used properly.

I destroyed 9 of this 6-spline sockets, including cutting 6 of them down to have two try’s, to remove a seized lug bolt. That’s 15 sockets! You could argue the first 15 “loosened” it but this one was noticeably thicker walled. Others were 1.4-1.5mm and this one is 2.1-2.2mm. It felt like it made all the difference. Don’t get me wrong, in normal use with lugs tightened to 100flbs, the others would have been fine. I was using an impact with 1400flbs breakaway torque. None of these are intended for that abuse. But if you get stuck like me - this is the best I found!

I bought a vehicle that had these style lug nuts. Didn't have the socket. Bought one.for much more money at a local parks store, it didn't fit. Got a better deal on line and it fit.

I’m not sure why it’s so difficult to get an understanding as to what these lug sockets fit and what they don’t.I can say that it’s a perfect fit for the Gladiator.It appears to be sturdy enough for air wrenches. Will be back with a scathing review if it fails.Recommend 👍🏽 Helpful?👇🏽

fit snug, no slop. Seems to be a quality item. Does not appear to be impact thickness (even my stock one isn't) but is beefier than some out there. Turn the torque setting down and you should be okay.

This 6 spline key was a perfect fit for my 22in wheels on my Chrysler 300. I wanted a second key just to have on hand. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I have not used it yet. Heavy just like the original doesn’t feel cheaply made.
