These extension rods are excellent quality and exactly what I need to extend the length of my chimney sweep. They were packed well and zip tied together to keep them protected.Can't go wrong with these at all.

First these are very heavy duty and well made. And I did not pay attention and thought this came with a brush. In any case, I will order one, but the rods seem really sturdy and will not bind. Probably could be used for other things too.

We are fortunate to have a straight 12-foot run of pipe for our wood stove on a roof that is easy to access, so our needs are pretty simple. In the past, I used a larger diameter metal pipe with numerous adapter fittings to work with my 6-inch brush. This new setup is much simpler, lighter, and far easier to manage overall.I only wish for an option that includes a grip to quickly lock onto the rod, which would provide a bit more leverage while cleaning the flue. The threads are decent. Although they're not the best I've seen, they work well enough.At the current price of $65.99, these rods come at a premium compared to other readily available options, so it's worth shopping around. Overall, it's a fair deal.

I wish they would have included an adapter to attach the rods to a drill.Also, some of the threads on the rods are not clean causing the rods to bind during assembly.One thing that was nice is the rods have flat spots on the collar for a wrench to help with assembly & dis-assembly.
