Solid construction…works very good and as some customers cautioned…this puppy gets extremely hot when in use so Don’t Touch the stainless steel!!!! Highly Recommend….will last a long time unlike my plastic baster which recently cracked in half!

I don't know how many plastic basters I've broken. This is really sturdy stainless steel and thick silicone so I expect it will last many, many years. One caution- it gets HOT! So just be careful not to touch the metal with your bare hands after using to baste with hot liquids. The bulb comes off easily for cleaning but stays put while in use. The cleaning brush makes clean up super easy.

The stainless steel makes it easy to clean. The plastic ones hold onto grease and odors. I took off a star because I only received one injector, when the description says there are two. Not a huge deal. The suction is more important to me.

Years ago, I had a glass turkey baster that I loved. Apparently the world has gone to plastic turkey basters which I don’t understand. What happens when you put hot grease in something plastic. That’s right, it melts. I don’t know how many plastic basters I went through before I found this little gem. Easy to clean never melts, works great and I love it!
