The shaker is made of glass. It is tall & rather skinny. One broke immediately from falling over on tile. I like the idea of this product, but it either needs to be made of something more durable, or the bottom needs to be heavier & height needs to be shorter for stability.

I bought this sugar dispenser because I felt in love with its elegant look. But for a humid country like mine it resulted impractical. The sugar just didn’t come out after the first use.If you don’t have any issues with humidity in your area, go ahead and buy it. It’s sturdy, easy to use and adds to your kitchen decor.

I love this sugar container, it keeps the sugar dry and handily enclosed in a sleek attractive shaker. The pour spout allows the sugar to be quickly dispensed then slips right back into place.

This is very attractive and well made. The top works exactly like it says in the sales description. I find it easy to hold, with my small hands. It doesn't bother my carpal tunnel. Holds plenty of sugar to accommodate everyone especially large families or drawing a party. I do suggest keeping it away from the stove or any place that is steamy I find that it does get cocky if it's too close to those areas. But when I put it across the kitchen on different counter he works just fine and sugar is loose all the time. It is also very handy for people that are handicap because it is one hand usually don't need to have two hands for anything on this. And it does work well if you want to just use a teaspoon and put your food to measure your amount put in your coffee. There are those who need to be careful with you not they have sugar they take it and it does go in nicely with the measuring spoon. I guess I could tell you about this one all day long but I'm going to stop letting you know highly and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do 😊

We wanted a sugar dispenser that would fit the decor but not be prone to always getting caked up and stopped up (like the same ones you always see in truck stops, diners, and dives do). We decided to give this one a try. Looks great, holds a full pound of sugar, yet easy to grasp. And the sugar isn't caking up on this dispenser. Mission accomplished. Would buy again.
