I tried multiple times to get the food mill to work, but feel like I’m missing a part or it’s a poor design and no instructions were included, so I’m not sure what’s wrong.

I had high hopes for the Stainless Steel Food Mill, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The shredding plates felt flimsy and weren't as durable as I had hoped. Additionally, the grinder didn't perform well, struggling to produce the desired results with jams, vegetable purees, fruits, potatoes, and garlic. Overall, I found the product to be lacking in both quality and performance.

The bowl is too shallow for my liking. When tomatoes are crushed the seeds and skin tend to spill over the top edge. The bowl should be deeper.

Where do I begin? I got this to improve my gnocchi-making skills. So the very first time I used it, and the very first small potato I used, the ball on the handle fell right off. I did a few turns, and it popped right off. It isn't worth it; it didn't work well, and it wasn't comfortable to use for the 2 minutes I was actually able to use it. I definitely do not recommend it.

I doesn't work properly. The gap between the blades and the sieve is too big that it doesn't push the food down.

All it did was make a huge mushy mess. The blade did not push the pulp through the sieve. I returned it.
