The size of the basket it perfect. The quality is they. The handle is detachable with is useful. For the price it's very affordable. The only issue is that my basket came uneven. It's lopsided but it gets the job done

The only complaint is that the design is weird. The handle folds inwards so you have to be careful not to drop it otherwise you’ll end up burning your hand trying to fish it out. The size was okay for frying boudin balls but only could do 4 at a time.

The handle doesn’t lock so it can be very messy trying to dump fried food in a bowl all at once…possible burn hazard
