There are alot of products that all do the same thing for stain and scale control....these chemicals are not hard to find everyone makes them they are all the same. Go with the cheapest price. It worked fine

I have a problem pool for the moment and will soon have it treated for black algae but this product is mostly for scale and I think it works ok. I also use it in my spa hot tub.

I am using this in my hot tub. I ran out of the old stuff a couple of week before this came. I was seeing some build up on the rim of my hot tub so I put in the recommended dose. ( I don't recall what that was right now - I think one or two ounces. I ran my pumps on high a few times all the buildup was gone. This is probably a 2 year supply for me. Money well spent.
