It's ok. Mesh is stiffer than expected. Also kinda scratchy. I don't love it. Ended up using diveshop's open size duffle style bag with soft mesh.

I bought this for a freediving, scuba, and snorkeling trip to Bonaire. It was recommended by tropicalsnokeling dot com. Overall, its an extremely well made, rugged product. I think it will last me a long time. Its easily big enough to accommodate snorkeling equipment for two people. The inner and outer pockets are very convenient for keys and other small items. Shoulder straps are padded and it wears quite comfortably.Overall, very happy with purchase -- a quality product. Recommended!!!

I use this to carry my family of four’s snorkel gear AND four or more towels and some drinks and sunscreen!!The padded straps allow me to pack from the usually distant car parking spot to those special secluded beach or snorkel spots with ease. Will also hold either my extra long deep dive fins or my good old wide and heavy Scuba Pro jet fins along with the family gear with no problem. This is a well thought out product with handy internal and external storage pockets. The meal allows drainage and the top drawstring allows everything to be kept in.The mesh can be a disadvantage with sand but works well if you’ve rinsed everything off away from the sand and don’t want it as a big wet lump in your bag.I usually buy one of those cheap roll up straw mats for use at the beach and it can poke out the top but still being cinched through the drawstring opening. How did I get by all those years without this?!

The item ripped on the first use during our vacation. Very disappointed, We returned the day after the return window was documented. Now I have no recourse.

Bought this and the Mares for comparison. Pocket too small and the Mares mesh quality is better. The plastic bottom looks like it will break soon, specially when exposed to salt, rubbing and all day in sun in the boat.

These bags are awesome. They are larger than I expected, but they are light weight and having some extra room is never a problem. They are durable, with a few compartments for small item storage so you can keep your smaller accessories separate from the main compartment. One of the storage compartments is waterproof and runs the length of the bag. Any sand and dirt sifts out easily, and it washes up nicely in the washer gently cycle and drip dries fast. I got a lot of compliments from people at the beach.

I purchased this item for a three-week trip to Hawaii where my wife and I planned to do lots of snorkeling. It's very durable, folds up very flat (takes about as much room as a beach towel) in a suitcase and weighs very little (very important because of airline regulations about baggage weight). It easily held two sets of snorkeling equipment (fins, masks, snorkels, inflatable vests) as well as essentials for the beach (two large beach towels, water bottles, snacks, sunscreen, bug spray) and it held up beautifully. The backpack straps were essential to us. Some of the beaches that we visited required a strenuous walk or hike to reach; without this bag I don't know how we would have gotten our gear to those beaches. I highly recommend it.

This works okay for its intended purpose and some of my "complaints" are not so much about this particular product but any of its type.Product specific:1. Good build quality.2. Like the front pouch.3. Back pouch not very useful. Too deep and narrow.4. A little smaller than I expected. Held masks (2), fins (1), Excursion 2 BCD and regulator bag. Room for small towel, but could not have comfortable put any significant exposure protection in there.5. Biggest beef is that the lock on the draw cord is not very effective. With any weight in the bag, it slips and the top opens up when you put it on your shoulder. I ended up having to knot it to keep it secure.General (didn't ding the product for this b/c it's just the nature of the beast):I found the top loading mesh bag to be a PITA to load. It's not stiff mesh. Even with the top completely open it was awkward. Imaging shoving all your dive gear into a large pillow case and you'll get the picture. Greatly prefer side opening mesh bags. I didn't ding this product for this issue because any similar product would present this issue. Just something to think about.
